The bench is small so it is easy to assemble. I bought this for my yoga class. The tool help with my spinal pain when working with yoga. With this against the wall, I was able to kneel down with my hands holding on the wooden arms of the stool. I place my head into the hole for easy access. you know. L:OL

Absolutely great product, and I feel amazing every time I use it. Multiple times a day. I have an inversion table I don't even use anymore now, the ability to move your legs around and move your spine is incomparable. I highly recommend this one in particular, I haven't tried any others but it's sturdy, put together easily, and looks nice. I'm surprised how much I use it.

Easy to assemble, but you do have to pay attention to what you're doing and make sure it's all snug.I really like this chair. It is the second one I've tried and is much more stable and functional than the other brand I had. You can actually sit on this one without the pad falling out.Comfortable and stable for inversion exercises.Definitely feel the benefits in core strength and balance; shoulders, back, and even some glute action as well as general stability.I bought one for my brother who is a rock climbing enthusiast as well.

This doesn’t suck for the price. There are a couple places in the wood where it looks like it was plaster-filled and lacquered which was alarming thinking it could have compromised the integrity/strength of the wood, but luckily I’m not obese so I haven’t had any issues. It’s made in China, what do you expect? Considering it’s not a complete fire-blazing piece of trash, I consider this a solid purchase.

No issues with this product. It feels study when assembled. Great buy!

Have been using it since it arrived the first day. Very good quality. The edge of each Angel is well made for me to do yoga postures. I am also happy this can be an extra chair for my room.

This was the best idea I had in a while to invest in a yoga headstand. It was a little hard attaching the seat but in all great purchase. I really enjoy doing headstands now and this offers stability.

I was excited to get this.It was not easy to assemble... Holes didn't line up right.My complaint is that the second part of the seat cushion was very difficult to attach/remove considering it's supposed to be removable. And once it's attached, if you sit on the seat, the middle part of the seat is not supported and dips down... Not sturdy.If you are using this solely for supported headstands, i think you will like it.
