Expensive for whole berries in syrup, I'd use the thick pie filling INSTEAD, multiple uses and amazing!!!
Having lived the Northwest, I love marionberries and know you can't get them everywhere. I first ordered the pie filing from this company. It was spendy but it came in bigger containers and was nice and thick, packed with marionberries. Sort of heaven on this earth, with that just a bit of tang but still hearty berry flavor without being too tart. I only bought this type marionberries because I noted the pie filing type was out of stock. This is okay if you like whole fruit in light syrup, sort of like buying peaches in light syrup. However, when you buy like that, it's usually not really costly. Considering this is not the heavy thick type of marionberries in the pie filling I had purchased earlier, this is really in my opinion too expensive for fruit in juice/syrup. Now, the pie filling is a little more expensive than this, but it is worth it since it is very thick and goes a long way. The company to deal with is Dundee Fruit Company not Red Hills. My point being, you get more for your money with the pie filling even though you pay a little more.

Beware the jar size
These are good cherries, but beware - this is NOT the large size mentioned previously by reviewers. This product used to come in 29 oz. jars - these jars are only 16 oz. and are definitely not enough for two pies

I finally found tart cherries!!
So good! I love that this product is not full of sugar and other additives...just good tart cherries! Also, they are in glass jars so I don't have to worry about metal/aluminum seepage into the fruit (especially shipping in summer heat). I use these for my homemade gluten free pies and also mix with my plain yogurt for breakfast/snacks. The shipping is very secure in packaging too! And the price is great (vs online and in stores). I have found it very hard to find tart cherries locally, so its nice to know I can get them delivered.

Wonderful for Cherry Pies
My husband loves cherry pie but he's diabetic. These tart cherries packed in water make a perfect pie. I make sugar free pie crust using Splenda and prepare the filling with the Red Hills Cherries in water using Splenda, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. My husband is very happy with this special treat (not so special because I bake one almost every week). The cherries are flavorful, don't have the sickly sweet taste of cherries packed in syrup, and they make an excellent pie filling.

Great quality and packaging
These blueberries are AWESOME!The taste, texture, size of the blueberries and the syrup is so good! I eat them right out of the jar and on my cereal. I don’t ever want to be without them mostly because they are so healthy!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Delicious and not too sweet
These berries are soft and have a delicate flavor, but what's especially nice is that the syrup is not too sweet so they can be used for everything from dessert to breakfast cereal.

Yummy! We opened this last night to have with our burgers. I poured in some left-over sugared peaches juice and OMG! The secret of near-heaven!!!! I am still craving more! This is SO GOOD! Treat yourself. Also, this is perfect for winter fruit staples and Blueberry Crumble bars - - Google that!
