I have a small mechanical closet in a house with a concrete slab floors and no HVAC system, just a window AC unit. Moisture kept condensing on the floor because it was so much cooler than any other surface and the summertime air was so humid. I placed the Mooka dehumidifier be closet on the floor with the door open during the day for circulation but closed at night since it's in the bedroom. It collects about a cup of water every 24 hours or so and I have not seen any water droplets condensing on the floor since I started using it. I thought it was going to be a larger and more powerful machine but it actually is doing a very nice job for what I need and I do love that it is very quiet. The manual says not too run it continuously and when I called customer service they recommended turning it off for a couple of hours every day to prolong its life. I've not remembered to do that but I don't find that it is getting hot so perhaps in a relatively cool environment overheating isn't an issue.

We were told that we have a moisture problem behind the tiles in our shower. The repair guy suggested we buy a dehumidifier to help remove some of the moisture now and after he repairs the cracked grout. Arrived the next day (thanks Amazon), unpacked and plugged it in. Went to dinner and arrived home 3 hours later to already find 1/4 inch of water in the reservoir! I guess it works. I love that it is very quiet, small enough to put almost anywhere. Never enough electrical outlets in any bathroom but we were able to plug it into the outlet of my make-up mirror. It would be nice if it had a regular plug instead of the big, square thing - would have been easier to plug it into an extension cord or outlet extender. Other than that we are very satisfied with it so far.

I bought one for our bathroom. It's attractive and fits even on our very small vanity sink. It's very quiet. While it doesn't take as much humidity out of the air per day as I thought it would, It has made the air much more comfortable (it was stifling before) and we no longer have problems with excess condensation on the toilet and the shower. It also makes a good nightlight. All in all, I'm pleased so far.

Just plug in, press power and it’s ready to go!We got it for our RV we are living in full time and I couldn’t be happier with it. We got this for our bathroom but due to the light, had to order a different brand for the bedroom (can’t sleep with lights on!) I wish we could turn the light off because it’s such a great product!

It's pretty and quiet. Removes a small amount of water from the air, not sure it makes a significant difference to humidity in my (small) room. Apparent offer of free $10 gift turned out to be: only if you let them vet your review. Nasty business practice.

This dehumidifier works great. It is useful in our small bathroom. Since we remodeled this bathroom a couple of years ago we have had an issue with mildew growth. We purchased the Mooka dehumidifier over a month ago just to see if it collected moisture and confirmed the problem. We have cleaned the mildew and repainted so now we are hoping that this little dehumidifier prevents anymore mildew or mold growth going forward. I love the appearance of the dehumidifier as well. It is very easy to empty and is quiet. This was a really good value.

I have this in my bedroom and it works wonderful. I only run it in the daytime because I don't like the blue light it gives off. It makes almost no noise. And I am amazed by the water it is capturing everyday. It has a large capture base for a small unit. I could empty every 3-4 days and still not be full. It does have a peek window to see the level of capture. I will be ordering another for my living room.

At first I was in love with this product. I placed it in my bathroom because I don’t like opening my window. It instantly stopped the mold that would grow in my shower on a regular basis. After several months the blue light started blinking, even when the water tank was empty. The fan no longer blows and it doesn’t do anything. I really liked this product and I even thought about replacing it when it broke. But I don’t trust the quality any longer. Very disappointed after feeling so great about this product when I bought it.

Tuve un problema muy cevero de humedad y el aparato es una maravilla ayudo a reducir muchísimo la humedad, y paso la prueba ya que vivo en Yucatán y suele ser muy húmedo el clima.

Es una producto, mi cuarto mide 4x4 metros y trabaja super bien, el nivel de ruido es muy bajo y nada que molesta, la luz led azul muy práctica para verlo en la noche, su sensor de nivel super bien... recomendable
