Great for the bones

I have some arthritis and don't take medications so I wanted to try it for that and also I don't drink milk so. It is so far a good thing. No complaints. I think my skin is getting the most out of it and my hair. Skin looks more youthful and my hair is growing fast. It has help the arthritis. I don't have a lot of arthritis yet but so far I do see an improvement . I will continue to take it. Ive taken it almost 1 month and I am satisfied with the product.

This product works. I took double on start up days when my bones hurt. Consequently, the pain in my hip disappeared. I have taken 5 packs. I stopped due to cost. Just weeks later the pain has returned. My son noticed and immediately bought me more. The difference is amazing.

I am on my 4th month of this product. I bought it to get rid of back pain, which it does and to increase bone density, which it has not done yet, based upon a 12/30/2020 DEXA. This product replaces about 5 pills I was taking including Vitamin D, collagen and silica. It also has K2, but I take a higher amount. Yes, it is a $1/day but it is replacing 5 pills. No fractures, no loss of height, no on going meds. It comes in a blister pack to keep it fresher I guess. I plan on using it for another year until my next DEXA to give it a chance to increase bone density.

Too early for hair or nails improvement, but after a week an increase in energy and stamina has been noticed.

This product didn’t do anything for bone density! It does improve nails and hair. However, for that purpose there are plenty of products on the market with the same results at much chipper prices . Wouldn’t recommend this product as a bone supplement
