Don't worry - the sizes are accurate. The green is very hi vis. Here is a full review...
Size: I am a 41.5" chest with long arms, just under 6 ft and a slightly pot belly. The fit on the medium was excellent on me. The arms and length on the back were both a perfect fit. My riding style is dropped handlebar touring.Cut: The entire piece is perfectly and carefully shaped to fit the exact form of the cyclist. There are no pinch pints or tight areas. The arms are cut to suit riding posture and would match well underneath gloves. The arms appear a little bit baggy above the elbows when standing, but this stretches as your biceps contract when you turn your arms 90 degrees onto the handlebars. The armpit is also carefully arranged so that it fits the riding position, and ultimately you feel no restriction whatsoever and this better blood flow will probably really help to reduce the chances of cramp. The neck is very well cut to fit snuggly and keep out any chance of drafts, and the zip seam does not cause notice or irritation. The back extends to a near perfect position (which is reasonably low, down to your buttocks) and hugs well in a curved shape. It also features three large pockets at the rear, that are sensibly stitched.Weight: It shocked me when I opened the parcel to find this shirt, because it was as light as paper.Performance: Excellent as a shirt to go over your base layer, also allowing room for a soft shell on top. It is so well made (even tight zips) that any chance of getting cold wind passing the fabric though any gaps is unlikely, the material behaves exactly as you would expect. It stretches like high quality sports wear. It is about as warm as you can get for such a thin layer. I would recommend taking one of these on each ride as your spare shirt.Value: It beats any of the premium brands on quality anyway, and comes in at about 1/3 the expected cost. The green hi vis option: Yes it is exceptionally bright. Not just dyed fabric. The colour is in fact the same yellow that you see on hi vis jackets. The person who called it "green" might have had colour blindness. For everyday riding around country lanes with dry stone walls, this makes you as visible in the daytime as you would get with a hi vis jacket. Exceptional value, considering it is breathable, very light, and windproof......and don't forget - all of this fit between your base layer and soft shell for the harder winter coming up!

Exceptional Value For Money
My usual gripe with cycling clothing is that the sizing is nothing like conventional. I am 183cm and 115kg and struggle to find cycle clothing to fit; if I find any it is often labelled either 6XL, or 7XL. This jersey claimed that 3XL would be my size, and so it turned out to be. The fit is good with plenty of arm length, so it does not ride up when on the bike and a long back too.The construction of the garment looks to be good and the material itself appears to be the sort that wicks sweat away from the body. It does not look as though it will provide much in the way of warmth, but that is usually not a worry for me.The logos, with their obviously Chinese origin, are perhaps a drawback if one is looking for maximum street cred at the latte stop, but it is not an issue for me. I am looking for functional cycle clothing that fits and will not break the bank. High-end styling and Tour de France team names are not what I want, so this is just right for me.I am pleased with the jersey, and am now off to buy another one - there is no better recommendation that that, is there?

Tight fit
I’m 5’6 and 70kilos and medium size is a tight fit. Bit worried that might be unwearable after washing. Very thin but undeniably high viz. So reservations, but was very comfortable on warm summer day.

Long sleeve
I expected it to be more wind proof, it’s not. It’s just a long sleeve shirt.

Well made, good price and versatile.
I use these for running tops. The pockets in the back are dead handy for holding the mobile and water bottle. Carrying either in hand can cause imbalance issues and knee problems. Well made, good materials, I’ve got both short and long sleeve versions (weather variants) and I can’t fault them for the job. They keep you warm as a stand alone layer when it’s early spring weather outside and do an excellent job of sweat wicking in hotter weather. Much cheaper than most tops made specifically for runners and do exactly the same job for £5-10 less. Cycling jerseys are the undiscovered Swiss-army knife of clothing!

good value
Returned the item as was abit tight and ordered the size up, i would probably go one size up or maybe it was just me. Nice light, cycling jersey, it is quite thin so would only suit using on a nice hot day or you'll need something underneath or over it.
