Pros ✅ Healthy variety of modes to choose from; there are six categories and 24 modes. ✅ Level of intensity can be adjusted from 1 to 10 (one being the least intense and ten being the most intense); I rarely have to use any mode past the fifth level or the halfway point. ✅ Battery lasted longer than I expected it to and is rechargeable. ✅ The vendor-provided pads have great adhesion, can be reused many times, and you can purchase replacements for a fairly reasonable price. ✅ As far as pain management goes, the device does a better job than my muscle relaxers and pain medications combined. ✅ The two wires (A and B) can be customized to use different modes and intensities which really enhances the pain management experience for me. Cons ❌ Each wire comes with two ends that connect to two pads; initially the distance between those two ends and pads was very small. If you want to increase the distance, you'll need to gently pull the two wires away from each other to allow more distance between each pad placement. ❌ The navigation of the device can be confusing at first. There's a quick how-to guide on the product's page that will give you a run-down on what everything does. Remember that if you're using both "A" and "B" wires that you will need to set the modes and intensity separately. M = change the category, left/right arrows = change the mode in that category, T = increase the time, up/down buttons on the left and right side control the intensity of "A" and "B" wires respectively. ❌ The screen light is on a short timer, probably to preserve battery, but it's frustrating to have it go off while I'm trying different modes. Also, the screen can be difficult to see in darker environments without the light. I suffered a lower back injury that prevented me from sitting or walking (at all); I could not get out of bed. Per the doc, I needed to resume my daily activities as much as possible. I wasn't sure what to do but after some thinking, I came up with a plan: 1) use a walker to regain the ability to sit and walk again, 2) use a TENS unit for pain management, and 3) use lower back stretches designed for lower back pain. Post-injury, I made absolutely no progress on days 1 and 2 because my primary treatment for the injury was rest + ice + heat. On day 3, I started using this TENS unit + walker + stretches and I could stand (or sit) unassisted for about 2-5 minutes. On day 4, using the same treatment combination, I was able to stand (or sit) unassisted for about 10-30 minutes. On day 5, using the same treatment combination, I was able to stand (or sit) unassisted for 45 minutes at a time. On day 6, I no longer needed the walker to get out of bed or walk and I could stand (or sit) for 60-120 minutes before needing to rest my back. I think this is the best treatment combination for me and the improvement has been remarkable. Using the walker alone was painful which is why this TENS unit is invaluable; if you walk with the TENS unit on, it almost negates the pain. That doesn't mean go do jumping jacks and back flips, but it does give you the ability to get your body moving again without being in excruciating pain. I initially only used it while laying on the bed for 20 minutes at a time, but once I realized it worked great with the walker, I used the TENS unit to increase the amount of time I could walk and sit since it negated my pain. On this TENS unit, my favorite modes are P01 and P03. One is a "steady" delivery and the other is a "burst" delivery. Although I tried all six categories, the top two were the best for pain management. Some modes are very similar to others, some do very little at all, and some actually mildly increase the pain in my lower back. As mentioned below, the unit is very strong and I almost never have to use a level of intensity past the halfway point. For pain management, especially for lower back pain, I would strong recommend this TENS unit. In my opinion, the TENS unit is better than the muscle relaxers and pain medications combined.

This TENS unit is easy to use and provides immediate relief. The different levels of intensity is great and strong with me never going above halfway-it's that strong. It is preset to 20 minutes, however, when I have timed it, it is less than that. I would say it's more like 15 minutes then stops. The pads are sticky when you place them on you and remove them, but does not leave any sticky residuals on you.

I’ve only just received this product and used it a few times but so far it’s great! I have chronic pain and the next morning after using for the first time, I woke up pain free! That’s huge for me! I cannot remember the last time I woke up feeling physically well! The product itself functions well, I love that it comes with the plastic insert to store the probes. It is meant to help keep them sticky and reusable. I have noticed the first pair is already losing stickiness, but I did anticipate that happening since that was really my trial pair in moving around the placements and figuring things out for the first go around. I did make sure to purchase the dual channel version which is great to be able to set the pairs to different modes for different parts of the body. I also love that it is cordless and rechargeable so I don’t need to sit by an outlet and the whole thing is very portable. The interface is a bit of a learning process but once you figure it out, it’s a breeze to get through. It’s not my favorite that you need to make sure to change the “mode” if the next level is in a different mode rather being able to keep clicking through if you’re just trying things out. But it does make it easier to jump to each mode for whatever number grouping you’re looking for if you already know the setting you want to go to. Of course, check with your doctor before purchasing and using, but I love this product and recommend it!

This is the best little tens unit, the battery lasts so long and it is really compact and easy to use.

Sciatica rose up like a monster in my left side overnight, two weeks ago. Nightmare! No sleep, not even able to lie down. Even strong, narcotic prescription medication didn't touch it, nor chiropractic, medicated rubs, nothing. Walking half the night outside trying to get some relief. No way to lie or even sit that was bearable. Well, a friend at my church said she had had sciatica real bad too and one thing that helped her was a TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) machine. I purchased this one on Amazon on a Cyber Monday deal, just $26. It arrived in two days, which was a day earlier than projected. I immediately began using it and slept for four hours the first night, in my bed, and got a full night's sleep in bed by night two. Absolutely amazing! And what a relief to find something that helped! I have no idea if this little unit will hold up well, last a long time, etc. Couldn't care less, it's helping now. And when you have that kind of pain, that's all you're after at the moment. It is very simple to operate, nothing complicated and comes with a nice little drawstring bag to hold the unit itself, which is the size and shape of a small cell phone, just under 4" long. It arrives with everything you need to start using it immediately. I highly recommend this TENS unit if you are having any kind of debilitating pain. Or even mild annoying pain. It can be used on the back, neck, arms, legs, and hips. I love how the little electrical currents feel. And there are three different modes with 20 levels of intensity from very mild to very intense. It has a timer for around 20 minutes, depending what mode and intensity you use. But you can start it over if you want. Or move the contacts to another part of the body and start again. This morning, I ordered another of these units, just to have for back-up or to loan to a friend in need. It was $34, without being on sale. Still a great bargain!! Five minutes on one at the chiropractor's office is $20. Have your own to use as long and often as you want. Hope this helps someone else suffering from pain.

Wow, il est tout mini et puissant, il ne vient qu'avec de petites électrodes, mais on peut facilement en acheter de plus grandes puisque c'est la.partie remplaçable a long terme de toute façon. Il est parfait et discret pas besoin de l'accrocher a la ceinture ou dans son cou, il entre dans ma brassière facilement. It seems to work as designed. Easy user interface. Small but it works really well. It would have been better if they include some larger pads. I hope this will last long. Looks well built though.

Over the years I have purchased MANY TENS units. I've paid up to $100 bucks and as little as $30. This one is the best so far. I was optimistic when I started unpacking the box. The quality of the parts was top notch. Even the packaging! The manual has *actual information*! There are three modes, pain relief, muscle stim and massage. Comes with 3 sets of four pads. The replacement pads for THIS model machine are easy to find and cheap. If you've been on the fence about choosing one, this is a solid purchase. I'm very pleased.

Reliable. Strong pulses. Great range of options. Used it many times and have not yet had to recharge. Quite amazing, really. Price point - no brainer. Fixes the occasional bad knee, shoulder, back... I bought more pads to last but I can re-use existing pads many times.
