Trenro PS3 Wired Controller Black

Let me start off buy saying when I got it it sayed wired controller and then I opened it and the wire was not connected to the controller it was a separate piece at first it was OK all I had to do was put it in then once I took out the wire it turns out the wire length was like 3-4 ft. long my PS3 close to the TV I'm not going to play in front of the TV so close then I was checking the buttons on the controller it feels like the down button on the d-pad is loose and when I try to use it, it doesn't read it I have to push it harder and I think if I push it too hard I'll break it. Nothing else I have seen that is wrong just that, I hope when the person who makes these controllers would at least put a longer length to the wire and check the controller before the sell it

It came with a extension six inches long and needed to be plugged in constantly. I had to go buy a longer cord
