I was told this is good to help get blood pressure under control. Also, I take it bc of IBS diagnosis. Within a few days of taking this magnesium, I felt so much better in my digestive system. I take magnesium to manage RLS symptoms. I have tried other magnesium supplements to no effect. Magnesium Glycinate however, makes all the difference, I suspect due to the increased bioavailability. The capsules are also easy to take as opposed to the massive, hard to swallow tablets of the previous brand I was taking. So far, I am very happy with this supplement.

OK, I ordered a second one of these and again there is so much white powder around the pills that is really makes me question their quality control. When I had the first order I thought is just an isolated case and I cleaned all pills one by one with paper towel and put it back in the box. However, the second order came the same way. I have used many medications in my life but this one is the first one where the content of the pill is all over inside the box. No more. I will return this one.
