Handy Hands Lizbeth Cordonnet Cotton Size 80-Falling Leaves

I paired this with size 10 Aunt Lydia's Golden Yellow, and the variegated colors came through great, adding splashes of color, and brightening up what would otherwise have been a solid ornament.Size 80 thread is VERY thin, and given I crochet as opposed to tatting, I find it too thin to work with individually (it is thicker than standard sewing thread, but not by a whole lot), but when used alongside other crochet threads I find it works great, and can add some wonderful color and interest to my crafts.

I have really been enjoying working with this brand & so far, love every color I've ever purchased - but this one is a favorite. I will continue to buy this brand - and will probably get more of this specific color - it's just gorgeous.

I am going to attempt to teach myself how to do needle tatting! With this as my thread, my first project may not be the most attractive, but at least it will be a beautiful color! ;-)
