No, save the existing clips. If you don't have them you can order them on ebay or some other web source.

Not sure exact weight but less than 5lbs, it is plastic. If you search the grille in Google most sellers offer free shipping because it is light.

grill it self,looks good but right and left end don't curl in as far as factory one does
