These make the most amazing crepes, both sweet and savory. It's so easy too. Just a one to one mix to water ratio, pour into a greased skillet on medium-low heat, swirl the pan to thin out the batter and get batter on the sides of the pan. Turn the heat up to medium and begin adding ingredients! They hold spices and flavor very well for savory crepes and also make excellent sweet crepes - Nutella anyone?!Yum!

I don't cook, but my kids love crepes, which are expensive in a restaurant, but to much effort to make. So, I bought the Eurolux Cordless Crepe Maker and this mix. All you need is water. I mix equal parts batter and water, make my crepes on the maker, and voila, easy peasy tasty crepes. My family thinks they're delicious. Five bags is a deal!

Very strange batter. almost seems not to cook and get solid. takes forever to cook until able to turn over. Remains gooey. Tried many heat settings on professional crepe griddle. When turned high batter boils on contact and leaves many bubbles. When heat turned down so initial contact does not boil takes forever to cook and solidify. Also has a tendency to stick to non stick griddle surface. Much better to make batter from scratch. Very disappointed in this product......
