Kind of small but worked

This is definately a company you want to order from! I love my bracelet. It is lightweight, doesn't itch or catch (problems I have had) And, unlike my last bracelet from a different company, the engraving on this bracelet is deep enough that it won't bein to wear. The lettering is the perfect size and font, and I absolutely love the butterfly clasp. It even has a little nub to make sure it doesn't slip open. It was a little difficult to clasp it on my own at first but, with practice, I have it figured out now. The ordering process was also great! I made a mistake in the engraving information, so I called the company. I spoke to an actual, very nice and helpful, person on my first call attempt. Not only did he fix the problem but he reminded me of some vital information I had left out. And last but not least, the shipping. I ordered it on a Thursday and got it Saturday! And this was during prime Christmas shopping time. The order came to the right addres,s and the packaging was perfect and safe. Thank you for the great shopping experience!
