great alternative to regular processed white sugar. Also great brand because the dates are grown in America so carbon footprint is better than some other brands made in Israel or other overseas countries.

I use in my coffee instead of sugar as it has a low glycemic affect. Sediment on bottom of cup, but healthier. Mixes well into things like yogurt or baking….
