This is a very well made faucet for the price point. The hardest part of the installation process was removing the old faucet and cleaning up the sink where it had been. We'd grown used to an older style faucet with two knobs, versus this single joystick control, so there was a learning curve involved at first. But not that we're accustomed to it, we love it! The extension hose is weighted and retracts through gravity smoothly and reliably. The fit and finish are class A. If your old faucet has a side sprayer, be sure and buy a 2" plug color matched plug for the hole that will be left in the sink when you remove the sprayer.

Never had installed a new faucet before but installing this one was a breeze. Looks great and the price was quite nice as well.

Thai faucet is awesome for two reasons. The first is the nut design and included plastic wrench. It makes struggling with faucet wrenches a thing of the past. The second is the warranty. If you have an issue they will send you a replacement part free of charge. I have many moen faucets in multiple properties that they have never let me down.

It’s beautiful and functional, but after less than a year it’s already “dripping” not as in leaking, but when it’s on, there’s a separate drip other than the normal stream of water. Not sure why. But would still recommend.

Wow what a faucet! I’ve done a lot of plumbing installations in my life and the engineers who designed this faucet should be given a promotion! What an incredible job they did. Everything went together flawlessly. They had the installer in mind when this design rolled off the press. Plus, the faucet has such an elegant look and feel to it. Buy one today! 😊

Love that it's tall enough to be able to fill tall containers - vases, pots, etc. Detachable sprayer is handy and works great. Love that it doesn't show water spots or finger prints.

Installing was quick and easy with there special tool for locking it down. Great water flow.

Fácil de instalar. Aunque tengas presión baja funciona correctamente. (No con la presión que mencionan en los otros comentarios pero es funcional). Nos gusto mucho el diseño, (negro con cobre), elegante. La boquilla es de plástico pero se ve de calidad. La la regadera la puedes extender aproximadamente 40 cm , sale con suavidad y regresa si lo deseas es decir que puedes mantener la manguera fuera sin que se regrese automáticamente. Creo que mejoraron el botón para la regadera de presión puesto que se regresa solo. Encantada de haberla comprado.

I've always been a fan of Moen products. They can be a little more expensive than some other brands, but in my experience, the quality and reliability make them well worth the investment. I purchased this faucet several years ago, and it still looks and works great. The pull-down sprayer is convenient, the water pressure is excellent, and the finish has held up well with regular use. If you're deciding between a cheaper faucet and a Moen, I'd recommend spending a little extra. It's a product you'll use every day, and this one has proven to be durable and dependable. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Water hoses attached to the mixer have fitting nuts to connect to your water pipes. The nuts' size is some 3/8'' which is common in the US. BUT NOT IN GULF COUNTRIES AND EUROPE!!! Don't forget to return it on time in case you cannot use this mixer.

This is a beautiful, sturdy tap that looks great once installed. The small switch to change from hose to spray output is easy to use and works instantly I didn't give 5 stars simply because there is no mention that it has continental fittings - my plumber had a massive box of various attachment fittings but still had to go to the plumbers merchants to buy the right one. Apart from that, quick and straightforward to install.
