NovoTech Soft Touch Matte Finish Rubberized Hard Shell Case for MacBook Pro 13-Inch with CD Rom - White Marble

This is a great case. It fits my mid 2010 13 inch MacBook Pro PERFECTLY. I was searching and searching for a marble MacBook Pro cover and stumbled upon this one. I chose this one for 2 reasons: 1. All of the reviews were positive. Even though there were only 18 reviews at the time of me purchasing it, every single one of them were positive. I found a lot of other cases and they had thousands of reviews but were a mix of really good and really bad. 2. This description stated this case is RUBBERIZED. That was really important to me. I didn't want a piece of hard plastic on my Mac that would scratch and break easily. This case is truly rubberized. And not just the top! The bottom is also rubberized which helps with the computer sliding. The rubber material makes it so easily to truly grip my computer and feel like I won't drop it. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is bc there are some minor things about the case I don't care for. First, there were a couple of dings on the case where the marble pattern was scratched off (see pics). Second, the actual marble pattern could be better. I tried to capture this in my photos but my phone isn't doing it very well. Towards the back of my case, the marble pattern gets really grainy and faded and is all basically gray. This case in general is pretty gray, when true marble has gray veins and a white undertones. I think this is due to the pattern being printed on this rubber material, not a plastic material. I would rather have the rubber material than a better looking faux marble finish, so I am truly NOT upset by this. No faux marble look is going to be perfect or look exactly like marble. If that is what you are looking for, don't buy this case or any other faux marble case for that matter! The apple logo kind of shows through. I have noticed that during the day when it is lighter, you can barely see it. And at night when it is dark or the house is only illuminated by artificial light, the apple logo shines through better. I wish this case would have a cut out for the apple logo. That is another reason I gave this case 4/5 stars.

I've had my MacBook Pro for a little over three years... with no case. Yeah. It was definitely showing signs of "oops, I fell asleep and my laptop fell on the floor" and "let's just push this other thing out of the way and ... noooo... down goes the laptop." Anyway, I was obviously in desperate need for a STURDY case, and this one does the job! I checked out S.E.V.E.R.A.L. other laptop covers before settling on this one. In a nutshell, all the others either had printing issues (grainy/misaligned), or the marble pattern had a weird purple sheen, didn't fit correctly, or the cover snapped in odd places and was uncomfortable to type with. This one has a matte, slightly rubberized finish, and I love, love, love the marble pattern! It's easy enough to grip, but it still cleans really well. I have had no issues with fit at all, and I'm able to type freely without catching or scratching myself on the bottom cover. My mom liked it so much, she's considering one for herself! I HIGHLY recommend this case!

Beautiful quality print, product just as described and fits my MacBook Pro 13" 2011 with CD-Rom, easy to apply to my laptop.No slots feel obscurred by the case cover, but find that the edge where one rests their wrists while typing is a bit irritating as the plastic edge is not smoothed out and feels very sharp/rough. I have markings on my inner wrist from typing. I enjoy the consideration of having open slots on the bottom to allow heat dissipation and the rubber feat to keep the laptop a bit elevated. Though the white color is easily dirtied since it is white and matte finish. Parts of the cover are not covered in marble as pictured. The bottom portion does not complete cover the back portion of the laptop so if one were to drop their laptop on the backside it would definitely take damage.Pretty designed laptop case, but needs a little more work in quality on the edging and product design in terms of protection.

I'm really happy with my product , does protect your laptop and it is a good price for this marble look , the only thing is , it gets dirty fast ): I've been trying to get this makeup stain off but it won't come off, but over all I'm happy with my purchase

Exactly as pictured and easily snaps on! Chose this case over the other sellers due to consistent positive reviews and was not let down. Only negative thing I could think of was that the bottom cover does add a little bit of bulkiness to my laptop but not enough to look bad or bother me. This case fit perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for!

Absolutely IN LOVE with this case! I've been searching for a matte marble case for my MacBook Pro for a while now, and read several reviews before deciding on this one! The matte finish is exactly what I was looking for, and the marble print is beautiful for what it was printed on. It fits my 2010 MacBook Pro perfectly & I couldn't be happier!

This case looks very pretty. I have a Macbook Pro 13 inch late 2011. My model number was listed on the page for this item (found on the bottom of your macbook). I had trouble getting the bottom on at first. It didn't snap quite as cleanly but I got it on the third try. The top snapped on easily. It feels secure and sturdy, but I can't anticipate this case lasting as long as the very expensive laptop cases.Update: After a while, it's cracked, so doesn't hold up as well as the more expensive cases.

Works well. Bottom piece caused it to run the fan more so I only use the top!
