I love this stuff, I bought both packs and I use them all the time. I normally do my nails every other week and this stuff rarely ever chips for me but it does for my sister for some reason, even when I do her nails. I work in a woodshop and threw ceramics for a while and this stuff held up so I'm not sure why they chipped on her but not me. For max wear make sure you don't flood your cuticles but if you do, don't worry, just put the top coat on and carefully file down the edges then put another top coat on so the polish isn't porous. Also make sure not to soak your hands in hot water for like 12hrs afterward bc the whole nail will just pop off (at least it doesn't chip?) so like doing dishes, baths, hot tubs, etc.The color matching isn't great on these though, I recommend taking the time to paint the top of the cap bc of this, also the color is barely displayed on the bottle otherwise. Some of them require 3+ coats to be completely opaque (thin layers, thick layers won't cure completely and it'll turn out lumpy and bad and make you sad) One of the lightest pinks in the dark pack was pearlescent which I wasn't expecting and didn't like but... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯They are smaller than usual bottles (standard being 12ml and these being 8ml) but I have gotten like 5 full manicures out of my favorite color in the pack and it still seems pretty full to me so if you're using all the colors then I think this pack will last you quite a while.Bottom line, amazing quality for the price, I'm buying it again for my other sister, hopefully it won't chip on her nails haha.

I learned about Makartt from YouTuber Emily Susannah and thought I’d try the gel polishes. Being fairly new to gel polish, this is only the third brand I’ve tried. I’ve only done my nails twice so far but I already like it better than the ASP or Finger Paints (from Sally Beauty) that I bought. The base & top coats go on nicely with a consistency that’s easy to do thin coats with without feeling too thin. The colors (I purchased the dark set) go on with excellent coverage with two coats. So far I’ve used the black, a tealish green, & light grey. I have gotten some small clumps in my polish, but I suspect that’s user error as I’m only about a month into using gel polishes. It stays on well as long as you don’t get the polish over the edges of your nails. I’ve had issues with peeling because of that. I also have oily nails & have peeling happen with gel manicures from the salon though so I think it’s part oily nails & part me flooding the cuticle. Overall a good set for beginners & a good value for the money.

It’s all about application, if you’re prepping correctly using nail bond filing good this set will last you 2+ weeks. I only wait that long between sets but I’m sure it would last longer. The color has been consistent the whole time and I’ve gotten many compliments. Worth the money! Keep in mind it’s been 2 weeks so they’re looking a little rough lol

I love how many come in this set and it's also a lot of colors you may not have in your colors collection so I like that u dont have to keep buying so many colors. This is a great starter kit and the colors are very rich I literally used one coat on each swatch stick. I like how it isn't just flat colors they've included some pearl/shiny/glitter type colors as well. Very worth every penny Makartt NEVER fails! I own lots of makartt stuff and haven't been let down yet!

If you wash your hands a lot or do dishes, don’t even bother. I painted these on Sunday afternoon and by Monday they’re already chipping. If you only need your nails painted for one day then sure but don’t expect them to last a week.

This gel polish is great because the top coat always makes it stay forever and look glossy asf.

very good polishescons:-Some of the colours are kind if simulair, the light pink ones especially.-Some of the lighter colors needs a lot of layers to give full coverage.pros:- The darker colors are very opaque.-For me they hold up for about a week before they start chipping, but i also think that that's because i need more practice to do my nails properly, because it does hold up better now than it did when i started doing my nails.-The polishes are very beginner friendly but you do need a couple of other thing to prep your nails before painting them and also a uv lamp to cure them.

The media could not be loaded.  In ten years of doing my nails I have never experienced anything like this. It has damaged my nails that bad my nail is lifting from the bed. They are so sore and damaged it’s unbelievable that this product is allowed to be sold and has met trading standards. DO NOT BUY!!!!
