This Book Changed My Life (and I Don’t Say That Lightly).
✨🧘🏻♀️✨I hardly ever post reviews on Amazon. Like, hardly ever. But when I do, you better believe it’s because something has shaken me to my core—and this book? Oh, this book did that and so much more.If you’re ready to do the work—like, really do the work—this is the only book you need. I’m a deep believer in self-help, personal growth, and all that jazz, but let me tell you something: The Inner Work is in a league of its own. It’s not just a book; it’s a life-changer.Here’s the deal: If you want ultimate happiness, ultimate self-forgiveness, and ultimate freedom from all the crap you’ve been carrying around (you know, the stuff that makes you feel like you’re not enough), this is your must-read. And I don’t say “must” lightly. I mean it like Parks and Rec’s Donna Meagle means “must” when she says, “It’s a must, must, must.” It’s non-negotiable.I’ve never in my life felt this happy, this in love with myself, or this forgiving of everyone and everything around me. This book helped me see that we’re all united, we’re all connected, and we’re not our thoughts, our beliefs, or the stories we’ve been told. We’re so much more than that. There’s a divine light within each of us, just waiting to be discovered—and this book is the map to finding it.Now, I’m not gonna sugarcoat it: The work isn’t easy. It’s hard. Like, really hard. The emotions are strong, the old narratives are stubborn, and there were moments when I wanted to throw the book into my bookshelf of lovely books (but I didn’t, because I love myself too much now). But if you’re ready to let go of the past, step into your truth, and feel genuinely happy just because you’re happy with yourself, then this is the book for you.Final warning: This book will mess you up (in the best way possible). It’ll challenge you, it’ll transform you, and it’ll leave you wondering why you didn’t pick it up sooner. But hey, better late than never, right?Do yourself a favor: Buy this book. Read it. Do the work. And then come back here and thank me later. You’re welcome.

This is a great book!
The media could not be loaded. I haven’t finished it yet but I already know it has a lot of great information for growth and getting out of victim/abuser mentality which most of us have been programmed and conditioned by our past experiences and traumas but it’s so empowering to know we can all heal from these and change our life in every gifted moment to create a uplifting life with unconditional love that we are all meant to live

Change the way I understand myself and others
This book changed my life - my spirit was lifted and my brain was calmed. I learned a whole new way to understand my emotions, my behaviors, and those of others. I have a new way of understanding people, and as a result of reading this book, I am able to approach life and people with contentment, gratitude, empathy and compassion.

beautifully inspiring
Very profound yet simple. Contains great messages and is an easy read. My only feedback is that it sometimes felt vague. I couldn’t relate to the principles that were too broad

The Book is work!
That warning at the beginning of the book about being triggered is no joke. I love that the book is not just beautiful words and writing but it is work. Soul-searching, mind-cleansing, thought-provoking work for myself. It forces you to truly take a look at yourself, and provide guidelines on how to be better. I highly recommend if you need a change but be ready to do the work. This ain't one of those 'read-only' books.

This book will change your life!
I have been on a “healing journey “ for years but have been stuck on HOW to see my triggers as they happen in order stay calm and respond instead of reacting. I could see things in hindsight but only after all the emotions have settled. I’m only halfway through the book and I am already starting to see as the trigger happens. It’s amazing! It teaches you to view your thoughts as they truly are, just another automatic mechanical system to keep you safe based on your personal experiences. Each thought is like a muscle you strengthen with every repeated thought, therefore encouraging more of the same thoughts, good OR bad. Mat and Ash have given me the missing piece I couldn’t have figured out on my own and no amount of therapy (I’ve had plenty) would have helped me as much as this book already has. Plus included with the book is an instant community all on the same journey and exercises and practices that go along with each step of the book emailed directly to you. I made a folder called innerwork so I can find them all as I need them. If I could purchase this book for the entire world, I would!!!
