in the recumbent position, I cannot reach the pedals. In the upright position, it's above my crotch making getting on a nightmare. In addition, the upright position only leaves about a 4 to 5 inch gap to get your foot through so you have to go up over the seat/back/recumbent handles, which is basically like a ballerina move where you have to raise your leg almost even to your head. The whole thing is a logistical nightmare a waste of money. I'm sending it back but now I have to take it apart again and move it to the car. I think I'll take it apart in the car, throw all the pieces into a big trash bag and seal the box shut. It is trash after all. I should have bought another Marcy. I just was attracted to the big comfortable seat initially. But now, an uncomfortable seat sounds great... beings how I know the other brand/style well and wish I would have purchased it again.

I needed something long enough to adjust string, strung along 200 feet of shoreline to keep Canada Geese from coming onshore and onto our lawn. These were PERFECT. Thin enough to keep the yard looking good and strong enough to weather a full season and many seasons to come. Inexpensive for the type of metal used. No Rust, no oxidation. You can use your foot or hammer to sink it into the ground if necessary. Kept the 50+ geese from making daily "deposits" onto my yard this year. My neighbor was so impressed and asked me where I got the stakes!!!!

Bought these to use on our lawn to hold down balloons for a drive by shower. The balloons were held down and it made for a great addition to our outdoor decorations.

I bought these to use in the garden with my Greenhouse Buckets which I also ordered off here, the buckets have 4 holes around the lip at the base you can run a stake through and godbless Greenhouse Buckets for trying to sell you their own proprietary stakes made of plastic to go with the buckets I knew I could find something a little cheaper and metal(no offense Greenhouse Buckets, love your buckets) and these work great. Would not recommend as a 'Tent Stake' though, I can bend them in my hands with moderate ease and them being smooth polished metal and straight I don't see them holding a tent down but I could be wrong.

I did not use this for the intended use of tent stakes. I used these to hold down the bottom edge of a fence. I needed a larger quantity than the usual package quantity of 12 that other brands/offers for approx. the same price. These worked great for my application. That being said, if you hit a rock with one it will bend! I knew based on the gauge of metal used that it would be the case and they worked fine for what I was doing with them. I would recommend these to anyone who doesn't need really heavy duty stakes.

We used these to anchor wreaths at the holidays in a cemetery, and they worked perfectly. Were thin enough they could easily go between the branches of the wreath, sturdy enough we could use our foot to press them into the ground, and the hook on the end caught on the wreath and anchored it in place just right so the wind wouldn't carry it away.Very happy with these.

I bought these to pound into the bottom of my chain link fence to keep dog from escaping. Since she is a very strong puppy she was able to dig them up easily. Now I have 120 stakes with nothing to use them for. No worries I will donate them. As far as keeping a tent stakes to the ground, I’m sure they’re great! Unless of course you have a digging dog with you!
