Setup process is non-functional.
I purchased this as a part of a ConEd incentive program. I spent two hours attempting to set up three of these devices for my home. The mobile-app was completely non-functional and claimed I entered the wifi password incorrectly a dozen times. I eventually used a PC to successfully set one of the three devices, but it failed on the other two. Eventually I gave up and just returned them all. A good way to spend a few hours and get absolutely nothing helpful in return.

Terrible design, the button on the modlet is inconsistent
Terrible design, the button on the modlet is inconsistent, it takes 5-10 attempts to connect to a basic wifi network, and the thermostat disconnects randomly from the network half the time, rendering the app useless. Poor quality craftsmanship and terrible app design.
