I can't even tell you how much I love this and will continue to use it. I'm 70 y/o and my doctor told me my protein is SO low it could be dangerous. However, I just don't care for most meats and I found it hard to force myself to eat it. My d-in-l, who works in a nursing home, brought this to me to try and see if I would drink it. I couldn't believe how good it is and I don't like much *L*. I've been using it twice a day for several months and when I go to the doctor next month she is going to retest for protein, I'm sure it will be much better. PLUS it inspired me to find more foods with protein other then meat and I've actually started eating some meat but most different beans. Anyway, It's GREAT! It's a little pricey but worth EVERY penny!

Taste great and is an easy way to get extra protein! I mix it with 7-Up or Fresca and love it!

Product was just like taken in hospital. Sour berry taste but my wife liked it.
