Live a Praying Life® DVD Leader Kit: Open Your Life to God's Power and Provision DVD-ROM – September 6, 2010

Such interesting Biblical prospective, I had never heard and scripture to back it up strengthens your faith and explains the Holy Spirit better for me or rather how the Spirit prompts prayer.

Ordered th Live A Praying Life leader kit and th contents were as described. I thought there would be instructions suggesting ways/tips for leading the study, but did not find that CD helpful. Someone else may see it differently. But I took this study this past Spring and LOVED it and so am leading it with another group now. The cd's I watched this Spring were probably 10 yrs older than this one. Content is still th same basically, at least what I have watched so far. Jennifer is quite insightful and gives such good examples. The cd's enhance the study in my opinion. The journal is very nice that comes with the set.

The leader kit was not what I expected. The video is very dry and not being used. I love the workbook but I didn't like the leader kit at all. This is the third time of sharing this workbook with others.

The content and ideas are solid and biblical, but much is required of the reader who must connect the dots to figure out how disparate ideas tie to the section, weekly, and daily messages. Making these ties more explicit would have made the author's ideas more accessible and forceful.

I have done numerous studies on prayer, but "Live a Praying Life" has revolutionized my prayer life. You don't need the videos to do the study on your own, or even in a group, but they are certainly helpful. This is the best study on prayer that I have seen/done, and those in our group would agree!

Jennifer Kennedy Dean was a new author for me. I am so glad that a friend recommended this study to me.She is so insightful and delivers her message in an easy to understand and inspiriing way. Very thoroughand scriptural. You won't be disappointed by this study.

Blow your mind - with Jennifer Dean's insight on prayer. Great study - would be good if she redid the videos as her clothing and hair produces giggles - looks like it's from the 90's??

I am doing this study with a group of my fellow sisters at church and we are learning a lot about prayer. It is definitely a study I would recommend to others!
