Great product, packaging errors and broken items
I love Redken products there one of the best. But please be aware I have received my item twice now broken. The packers seem to take the lid off to fit in a smaller box. The nozzle is usually completely broken off. I hope Amazon fixes this issue.

Best volume mousse
Redken is my favorite professional hair product and this stuff works so good on my roots for a blowout. It gives my roots a beautiful lift and holds all day. My hair is so soft and has lots of volume. This product is not sticky. Really great product value for the money. I would recommend this product.

Great product, terrible packaging!
I love this product, but hate how it is shipped! I have it on Subscribe and Save and 2 out of the last 3 shipments have arrived with the nozzle broken off. I can still use this one, but it's a pain in the butt to have to put the nozzle on every time! I wish they could get the packaging worked out.

Many reviews are stating same problem defective
Like many other customer reviews, I also received the product with a top broken off. I attempted to return as defective. Amazon directed me to Redken for return. Redken redirected to Amazon. After some discussion with Redken they requested photo documentation and in 3-5 weeks I would receive a shipping label to return it to them………way too much work. Amazon was clear on the return policy. But I thought since it was defective it would be returnable.

Buy from another seller
The product is great for thinning hair. I have been using it for a long time. Unfortunately, this seller does a very poor job of packaging. Very large box, no pacing material. Both items arrived damaged

Nozzle broken off by packers.
Product is great. Packaging not so much. Container was forced into a too small cardboard box which broke the nozzle off. Tried several ways to repair it. Searched YouTube and tried a few methods. Eventually resorted to hot glue. Very disappointed with Amazon packers but the product is great as always.

Can't use because inside nozzle was broken. Would like a replacement. Waiting fo Redken to reply to my message. Hopefully I will not be out $25.99. Disappointing!
