HaywardSPXHKIT100 Quick Pump Repair Replacement Kit for Hayward TriStar/EcoStar Pool and Spa Pumps

I had a seized motor on my 8 year old TriStar 1hp SP3207x10 pump. Ordered a replacement motor through my local TexSun pool store, but ordered this seal kit to replace the seals. All fit perfectly, and it is a cheaper option than buying them individually, and much cheaper than the pool store. Includes the silicone lube also.

Fit as intended and worked well.

The Amazon ConfirmFit tool reports that it does not know if this kit fits an SP3202VSP Tristar VS pump. I just pulled out my SP3202VSP manual and searched for a parts inventory for this kit (not available from Amazon but provided online by a pool supplies company). Every part (except the Jack's lube) in the kit is listed in the Parts Listing in my SP3202VSP manual. The same kit costs significantly more elsewhere.

Great combo. I was able to rebuild my Tristar pump with the aid of some videos on youtube. This had most of what I needed... except my diffuser was also severely worn, so I had to order that part too.The pump is quite and has so much more suction now that the seals and diffuser are replaced. Before I did this, it would hardly prime and the suction was less than 50%. It had degraded slowly over time and I really wasn't aware of how bad it had become. This rebuild brought it back to like new performance at a fraction of the cost. Follow the videos on youtube closely and you will be fine.

Installed yesterday and very nice kit.

Genuine Hayward OEM (bought from Amazon). Everything you need to replace your seal in one kit. If you are lucky you could get by without the o-rings, but better to replace it all and not worry about leaks. Easy to replace with the assistance of Hayward’s video online.

These are all the parts needed to do a rebuild on this pump.
