This stuff works great. It also tastes good, highly recommend the Blue Raspberry flavor. Makes your drink taste like Blow Pop bubble gum lol. It also works great as well, I currently drink it post-workout, since pre-workout I was finishing up my Apex MAX BCAA pills. I actually love that product as well, but unfortunately it seems it was discontinued for whatever reason or is on back order. Anyway, Muscle Pharm's BCAA 3:1:2 has just the right amount of BCAAs and definitely helps with curving my muscle fatigue on really heavy workout days or even double workout days. Before incorporating BCAAs as a stand-alone supplement, it would take up to a week for my muscles to heal up, and sometimes it still wouldn't be fully healed, now everything heals up in about 24-48hrs which is great for if you train certain muscle groups twice a week or more such as legs. The canisters are little, but it comes with a LOT in there (for me, anyway). The scooper is really tiny and it instructs you to take 2 scoops, so it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I'd recommend this in the Blue Raspberry flavor, as it's the only flavor I've tried so far. I do plan to try other flavors of this stuff later on. Also, the price here is great. It's about the same price at BodyBuilding.com, but they do charge you for shipping over there, whereas if you have Prime, it's the same price but you don't need to worry about the shipping costs. Big plus.

Taste good and rather on the sweet side. I'm not sure whether I'm better off with or without. For now, no ill adverse effects and it seems to help ingest those tasteless supplements. one negative aspect is that there are fillers and additives in the mix. Perhaps will skip topping up and try something else.

On is known for producing only the highest of quality products and their BCAA powder does not disappoint. Would I recommend it? BCAA is not necessary; however if you are intermittent fasting I highly recommend it because it helps preserve muscle while you are re-comping or cutting. The price for BCAAs is very expensive no matter which brand you decide to buy it from, therefore, it considered a luxury when it comes to supplements. Overall the impacts are subtle and if you can afford it go for it, but if you cannot just stick with the essentials Creatine and Whey Protein. Amazing!!! I work out hard with free weights and I starting taking this powder and all my muscle soreness went away. I started taking on Monday and by the end Tuesday I became a believer and bought and extra bottle. I was looking at the best supplements to take and this one was high on the list. I took before ON pills but this one was a different world better. I highly recommend for that work out hard and experience muscle soreness. I bought the no flavor one. It is horrible taste but if it gets the job done it doesn't matter to me.

Didn't feel any difference

First of all this powder goes above and beyond standard with its' 3:1:2 ratio of amino acids. Most recommend a 2:1:1 ratio when engaged in heavy cardio or high physical activity in order to help to maintain muscle mass when there is a calorie deficit. This takes it a step further to give you better results. I do not follow the directions entirely as recommended, but very close to it. I take one scoop with my pre workout before working out and then another scoop immediately after. I do not drink it on non activity days and I only drink it before and after workouts. I have seen some improvement during my workouts when I take some before. I have a bit extra drive left to get in more reps or more jump squats, push ups, or whatever the task demands. The taste of the powder is very light as well. It is not overbearing and it mixes easily with water that is cold or room temperature. I think it is definitely​ a good value. I have been getting more muscle defintion in my arms. I have naturelly big arms, but have always had a problem getting them to cut up because I am always doing more cardio.

Read very carefully fellas and allow me to school you on some valuable lessons. Ever heard of Labdoor? If not stop reading this and go there now. You won't believe this,but some supplements don't contain what they claim! Shocking. So when u find one that does, embrace it. I wouldn't care if this tasted like cat P filtered directly from the kittly liter box. Are we taking these supplements to marvel in the flavor, or are we searching for gains? It doesn't taste bad to me. Man up and swallow.
