A gift for a vegetarian... so that's how you get the water out of Tofu. Haven't used it myself, but looks easy to use, easy to clean....and easy to store. Very robust and rigid. Good value for money.

It's good. Does the job, and easy to store afterwards.

This was just about the cheapest tofu press amongst many of the same design. There is a spring in the bottom that you compress and then clip the lid shut. There is only one position for the so you can only have one pressure. But it works fine.

I’ve been wanting a tofu press for a while but didn’t want to spend too much . I purchased this and it arrived in quick time. The press is easy to use and does drain the water out of the tofu but not fully. Closing the edges doesn’t click immediately as I had to fiddle with it a little to get it to click. I left it overnight and my tofu had drained but still had a tad little bit of water in it. It did the job and is okay for the price. I’ll no longer have to use books and kitchen appliances to drain my tofu.

Straight forward and easy to use

Overall it does the job, just make sure you cut your Tofu to fit as you have to align the top tray to the lower tray,which has to be aligned with the spring in the bottom.
