Just like to keep on hand, have been using yellow dock for years, great to use sometimes when my skin feels itchy and keeps my skin nice. I tried this brand and it’s nice , will continue to use.

Take 2 pills 2 times a day (4 pills a day) 3-4 hours apart preferably in the morning. By the third day, you should experience a heavy but soft bowel movement. This product works well

This is the first yellow dock product I've ordered and used in quite some time. I purchased it as a blood purifier to counter itching. It was effective but I ran out and purchased a different brand on Amazon which I am not getting a result from and is not returnable, so I wish I would have just gone ahead and repurchased this brand.I don't like the fact that it has magnesium stearate as a filler in it but the product is fairly dark in color and seems to be effective.

I started using this tablet once daily for two months, and my iron level has been perfect. I love this product.

My midwife recommended this to supplement my iron tabs due to my anemia during pregnancy. Although I had been taking iron faithfully, I was becoming more and more anemic. Adding this Yellow Dock was the only thing I changed, and my blood tests have showed regular, steady improvement. Additionally, these seem to somehow counteract the constipation that comes from taking iron, so I felt like my system was finally normal again. I'm finishing this bottle and my current iron bottle, and I plan to stop since I'm no longer anemic. Woo hoo!
