What's the difference with other same products?

What is the warranty for this & who would you actually contact? Through the Redragon website, they don't actually claim responsibility for this model.

Here is what is on the Redragon web site (was not easy to find BTW)... 1. Products purchased from Redragonshop.com will have a 2 year warranty period. 2. Products not purchased from Redragonshop.com maintain the original 1 year warranty. What’s covered? Defects due to faulty materials and workmanship of the product. What’s NOT covered? 1.Damage caused by the owner when attempting to fix or alter the product by himself or herself. 2.Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations or unauthorized repair. 3.Natural depreciation. You may want to see if your credit card has the benefit of an automatic warranty extension like mine.

Are there usb ports on the keyboard to plug in, say, your mouse or gamepad? if so, how many?

Since the keyboard its self doesn't have usb ports, if you find yourself running out, you can always buy one of those dongles that adds like 7 usb ports. Hope this helps!
