I ordered this shirt and it came defective. Shoulders were a little long. I contacted Ripple. The response was immediate and they offered to send me a replacement. The replacement came in a very quick time. Megan and Nina are the best. They were very helpful. The replacement fits like a charm. Awesome shirt! Awesome company. I love this shirt. Graphic looks great. I like my clothes loose. If I wore clothes that are tight, I would do XL/2xl. However, I like loose clothes so I got a 3xl. It is big! Don't get me wrong. I like it. But I didn't think it would be that big. It's long as well. Mid thigh area. I could have gone for the 2xl and been just fine. Wouldn't be right at all. Even after washing. Either way, love my shirt.
