Doctor4Paws Premium Glucosamine for Dogs (800mg), Pain Relief, Health and Joint Supplement for Dogs, Joint Support Containing The Highest Level of Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM

This supplement helps my old, arthritic dog walk with less pain. The tablets would choke a horse, so I have to pulverize them in my blender. The airborne dust emitted requires me to let the stuff set until the next day. I really wish the manufacturer would offer this in a powder for small dogs. Old dogs who need this also might have chewing problems; mine seems to have a jaw limitation.

I ordered some Joint supplements from Doctor4Paws about 4-5 weeks ago for my dog Pasha because she's getting old and showing signs of arthritis. She's been having issues getting up and down off the bed. The results were fast! Within a week or two she was doing LOTS better. SEVEN DAYS LATER WILLOW WAS DANCING TO GO OUTSIDE!! She has this little wiggle butt, dance step thing that she does and she'd not done it in over 6 months! SEVEN DAYS of taking the Doctor4Paws Glucosamne and I got a call from Susie saying, "Um, I don't want to be too optimistic but Willow is dancing again!" Susie, being a nurse. wanted to be cautious and wait and see...Well, that was a week and a half ago and Willow is STILL DANCING! She's not grouchy AND the incontinence is gone! No more pee accidents! She's running around the house and when it's time to go out? Willow is doing the samba all the way to the door then tango-ing all around the yard. My dog who eats everything, will not eat these and I have to disguise them in peanut butter. He gladly will eat it after the peanut butter is added. It does have the smell of a vitamin. I did like the fact that this product has a high amount of glucosamine at an effective dosage whereas other products have a lower amount. My dog is 13 and his back legs seem to cause him difficulty. I have not had time to use the product for the full month yet as he seems to be itching a lot after I give him these pills. I assume he must have a unique allergy to something in the medication that maybe most dogs don't experience. This may work great for your dog, my dog probably just is allergic to something that I am unaware of.

We adopted a 15yro collie. She was rather unstable when she walked and had an extremely hard time getting up. Stairs were another issue on their own. Fortunately for us we have 3 small steps in front of our house that she could actually make it up. She is our garbage disposal and eats everything except she dislikes beggin treats and these pills. So, we give her lettuce or other veggies that she loves for treats and then wrap these glucosamine pills in a small piece of lunch meat. We also feed our dogs Taste of the Wild dog food which helps with her weight but nothing amazed me more than when we tried these pills. In less than two weeks she was actually "running" and could actually put 2 paws on the couch at once. We had the back door open and she ran up the steps to go inside, all 6 of them with ease! I gave some to my sister in law a week supply for her German shepherd who has severe hip problems. She noticed a difference by the end of the week. I talked a friend at work into trying some for her old pup. She also has noticed a difference in less than 2 weeks. I did start her off with these And Vets Best Aches and Pains to help ease her initial discomfort. She got 1 pill twice a day. She has no problem getting up for treats now! I love how happy she is now! She has plenty of life left in her now that she can walk again :)

My big border collie/ mountain dog mix is only 8 and is showing signs of severe arthritis. I live in NJ and hike her and my golden everyday for at least 3 miles and then a long walk at night. She has been having severe problems getting up lately and I had her on another brand of Glucosamine with no effect. I ordered this and she has been on it for about a week and she is surely more peppy and isn't having the same problems getting up! We are in Florida now where she isn't getting the hiking in but she is in the water a lot. She just doesn't "walk" into the water, but is constantly hurting her joints by running full speed and jarring her legs on the rocks in the water. Needless to say after a day at the beach in the past she wouldn't be able to walk for a few days. Now she is fine every morning. Sometimes a bit slower to start, but certainly without as much effort before I found this product. I can't wait to get back to NJ and do some hiking to see if she has the same results up there!
