Costume Agent Custom Face Mask Upload your Photo Reusable Cloth with Filter

I just received the masks in the mail and have not stopped laughing. The kind of laughs I haven't had since our lives were put on hold months ago. These masks aren't large enough to fit our adult faces (covering full nose and under chin) while talking (or laughing out loud), but they are good enough to keep moisture from coming in contact with others, and that's the main purpose of wearing non medical-grade masks anyhow. Just follow the instructions for image sizing/placement, and they will turn out perfectly! We can't wait to wear these outside or on video calls. I think I'll order more with some silly expressions now. :DEdit: have had these masks for a few months now and they are our "go-to" masks for stuffing in the pocket for walks when you aren't sure if you'll run into someone and want a mask so you can stand and chat a while. They were also fabulous on vacation! So many of the airport employees were delighted when they saw the masks. They had to do a double-take ("hey he has to wear a mask..." "WTF is wrong with his face?" "OMG that's fantastic!). Do the customization from a computer instead of a phone for more accurate results. Have fun and stay safe!

They made a terrible mess of my photo. I positioned my photo correctly for the mask. They enlarged the pic about 5 times the size it should have been. Obviously no one looked at what they were doing and I have to pay for this mess. It just shows huge teeth from one ear to the other and about 2 inches tall. I am so disappointed. It is not returnable. Don’t waste your money. I am trying to post a pic but can not get the app to let me.

Excellent product and service! One of the two masks was not printed to our satisfaction, but after contacting the seller, Jen provided great customer service and reprinted it. The mask even was expedited so that we received it in time for our 50th Wedding Anniversary! Thanks to everyone who worked on it.Jen is a great customer support person and was very responsive. I get so many positive comments whenever I wear it out...so I got a second one! Please be sure to support this U.S. company!

One cannot foresee the size of the image compared to a face. Looks awkward when worn because the image is either too big, or too small compared to the face. The fit could be a bit more snug, or cover the nose more. I liked that the image printed good on the fabric. It was warm and thick enough.

I will try it tomorrow with my neck strap and mouth plastic air piece, hoping that helps.The suggestion is to take the photo outside with good sunlight. I did exactly this yet the mask came out lighter than my skin tone. It would have been nice for the mask to match my skin tone. It seems like it was lightened.I wish I could have adjusted this but when I made the mask there wasn't an option to and I had no way of knowing how much to adjust if it did!Maybe the printer made an error?So instead of it blending nicely, it looks like I'm wearing a mask for someone with lighter skin.I still love it as a novelty for 2020 and recommend making one for yourself, but maybe if you have melanin, take the photo indoors? Not sure what would fix this printing issue.....

Let me start this off by saying I was pretty excited buying this just to have so lame fun pranking customers I deliver to. However, the mask did not turn out anywhere near as advertised.. Also the backround color is bad to the point it made it too obvious. I was hoping we could work something out like redo the mask even if I have to pay extra beings though I already spent $25 for ONE MASK!!! (Before I even knew other companies don’t even charge $10) These guys ignored my message until the return exchange/policy expired.. Therefore I’m leaving this to let you guys know these guys charge too much and their “professional service” is no good! I have no choice but to take my L and simply deal with it! Don’t buy from these guys.. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! I took my business elsewhere and it looks 10x better for much less price!

This is a great idea, at a little bit of a premium price, with sloppy execution.I ordered 2 masks. One for myself, and one for my wife.For mine, The alignment and scale was fine. Not what I put into the alignment tool, but close enough. My primary complaint with mine is the coloring. The photo looks like I have a 3rd degree sunburn! It has a VERY red/orange hue to it! Definitely need to calibrate their printer!My wife’s mask was a mess though. As seen in other customer photos, they zoomed in way to tight, making the nose and mouth way to big. Combine that with the excessive red hue and she looks more like a victim of the Joker than a representation of her actual face.Quality of the mask is fine. Easy to breathe. Includes a removable filter for a 3rd ply if you so desire. Sizing was good for me, but if you have a thinner face they include a plastic adjustment piece to make the loops smaller.Overall, it’s a really good idea, at a reasonable but higher than expected price, with sloppy execution. At $10 it’s a great novelty/gag, but at $18 I was expecting something I with a little better execution and quality.

These do not fit the face in any type of way that will be protective. So if you are looking for germ protection, this isn't the mask for you. For Fun times though, this mask is perfect. So cute, picture is realistic.
