I like the handles and easy open and close to drink from. I think the shape could have been a little differently if possible. The one thing that annoys me all the previous customers stated that the 9 am typo on the bottom of the water bottle should have said 9 pm. I thought it would have been fixed by now. Another thing is the straw is thin and I can’t get the water from the bottom. I’ve had a few big gallon water bottles, but this is gigantic! Could be a good Or bad problem Having to tote it around. My kool aid pitcher is shorter and thinner than this. 4 stars because I saw the other reviews and I knew about the typo, but it’s just way bigger in person.

Sharp angles on the rim. You have to suck real hard to get water to come out to the point I get light headed and the words on the bottle are all messed up.

Well, the company made a huge mistake writing the wrong time on the bottle. It says 7am, 9am, 11am,1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm and then 9am when it’s really supposed to be 9pm! The handle was broken, and it’s not that easy to clean the cap part. It is also not easy to drink from. You literally have to suck up really hard.

Let's be honest, no one really wants to drink a gallon of water a day. I thought about bluetooth ones, thought about "regular" ones, bottled water, etc....but finally I bought this to keep me motivated. Yes the sayings on the side do that! It doesn't leak when laid on the side, holds a true gallon and has a straw if you desire. I personally drink about half just by opening the top, certainly you could do the full gallon with the straw, but again a gallon with a straw sometimes gets boring! I am VERY happy with this product and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. Came fast, exactly as described and accomplishes my goal of staying hydrated which is critical to your overall HRV (for those athletes) and overall well being.

First bottle came with a cut on it and ended up breaking, asked for a replacement but was charged for it when i didn't send back the broken pieces. The second one ended up breaking as well and made a huge mess both times. Super inconvenient, the straw would come up only sometimes and it was of a rubbery quality which i wasn't very fond of. There were typos on the bottle as well and the strap that is supposed to be for easy carry also broke off. I went ahead and purchased the same one that i had from a different brand for my husband instead since i had that One for a year while he dealt with the issues from these 2 gallons. Good price, bad quality.

I loved this gallon jug. I used to have a flask (not hydro, Im not willing to spend that much money lol), and it didn't have a handle, only a little top part to hook and that was incredibly frustrating. I need to be able to easily carry my water around me all day and this allows me to do that. I also enjoy drinking out of straws (not plastic), so the extended drink spout is just perfect for me. It's easy to clean, has little motivational sayings to remind you to drink water, and the price is great. If your looking for something to leave in your car on a hot day then obviously this would not be great, due to the material. I'm constantly on the move and take my water with me everywhere so this is convenient for me.

I was excited when this arrived, then got disappointed when I tried it -- the straw is so narrow that not much water comes out even when I sip hard.I gave it a try for a couple of months and gave up. It wasn't easy to clean either, as it needs to be hand washed but the opening is not big enough for my hand, and it's too high for the bottle brush.So I'm back to just drinking from a re-used water gallon jug and long straw whenever I go to the gym to workout.

This bottle is great, for what I need it for it’s much easier then carrying multiple water bottles around or 2-3 reusable container. As far as putting ice in. It’s pretty simple I use either a normal size cube or you can use the water bottle long kind. I have even done small funny shaped cubes. You can fill your water at night and stick it in the fridge to grab in the morning. Easy to cary and is a reminder to drink your water. Love that you could also add drink mixes if your needing a boost or are sick and need some extra something like pedialyte order or workout mixes and give the bottle a good shake. I have even added a mixing ball from my protein shakers . As far as cleaning I always fill mine with hot soap and water and use my bottle scrubber Or you could fill it out the lid on and shake it .
