the mold is not deep enough, the chocolat breaks when you try to remove it from the mold.

These were smaller than anticipated. That was my fault.Unfortunately, the silicone is soooooo thin. When removing the chocolate pieces the just break.I pieced them together before chilling which made them stronger before peeling off the silicone, however, with only ONE form provided, I had to cut it in half.I even tried slightly buttering up the form so that less pressure would be exerted.It sort of worked, but the king's cross and the pawns consistently broke no matter what. These forms are just are not big enough to be strong enough for chocolate. They might be ok for something else

It's just too shallow. Save yourself from a complete chocolate meltdown and look for another chocolate mold that is a little deeper. I gave it a 2 because I was in the end able to get some decent looking chess pieces but only after glueing together several pieces that had broken.

This was hard to work with. Small and not sturdy

I am disappointed with this mold. The worst I've ever bought in my entire life. It's ridiculous, the pieces are small, they break easily. I don't recommend it, It's throwing money away and getting angry. It should be removed forever.

I was going to make a chocolate chess set but the mold is very shallow so the chocolate was too thin and breaks when removing. We use it for cute ice cubes now but even the ice breaks when you remove it and the water spills all over the freezer.

The necks of the pieces are to shallow so the pieces break coming out of the mold. The surface of the mold isn’t quite right either in that the pieces had a matte finish even though the chocolate was perfectly tempered.It might be good for other applications (although I doubt that because of the shallowness of the necks) but it definitely isn’t suitable for chocolate. It’s a shame as I had high hopes for this mold.
