This is the first cooling pillow thathas ever worked for me . My pillows seem to build heat during the night leaving me sweating and constantly flipping pillow looking for relief. While this pillow does not feel really cool to the touch it does not trap or build heat. Have been able to sleep in comfort for the first time in years! I have purchased every cooling pillow advertised for years and this is the first-ever to satisfy. It is not a conventional pillow and once filled is very heavy. Just carefully follow directions and you will be rewarded by comfortable nights sleep. Thank you!

Why does it smell like paint??? Considering returning I'm really concerned about the smell of this pillow.

This product is fantastic. Easy to fill water bladder that allows you to control how much or how little water you want for comfort, the memory foam pieces in pillow add for greater comfort, and the pillow gave me the much needed support I need for my neck without added pressure at night. It’s a standard size pillow, so it fits any pillow case. The extra weight from the water prevents pillow from moving through the night, which means it’s always there supporting my head. The water allows for movement so there’s less chance of waking up with neck pain.

This is not a cooling pillow. As your body heats up so does the water! I purchased 2, one for myself and one for my husband. We both hate them. I gave them a full 30 days and missed my window of return by 2 days, bummer. I am going back to our old gel pillows. I have put in water snd taken out water in order to find the “sweet spot” to no avail.

The pillow is heavy. It is noisy. Not comfortable

This is not my first water pillow. Sadly, this brand is not like the one I used to have which was excellent for my neck pain.I appreciated the fill guidelines, and as a side sleeper I followed them. This pillow is pretty plush, more so than I expected. I might have given this pillow more of a try but it smells so bad. As I sit here writing this review it’s 6 feet from me and I think i can still smell it. It’s like chemical smell or WAY too much lavender and chemical. I can’t tell but I thought it would wear off or I would get used to it…but it stated giving me a headache. I could try and wash this thing and give it another shot but….eh I shouldn’t have to wash a pillow upon receiving it because you sprayed something on it. Not cool. Also mine didn’t come with any case as advertised.

The pillow is not very thick and it is almost impossible to get the air out of it after filling with water. So in my eyes don't waste ur money. And if u are not satisfied with the product I sent it back about a month ago and still no refund.

I do find this pillow to be what it says and pretty cumfy but it has a smell to it . Like a plasticky glue like smell and since u can't wash it I'm having a hard time getting rid of then smell. But if I can I will love this pillow
