Piece of garbage...Very disappointed in this compressor
Piece of garbage...Bought this thing at the end of last year and stored it in my garage as a back up compressor. Had a compressor go down this week and fired it up. It pulled so much juice that it would barely run off a dedicated circuit. I noticed one of the motor mount screws came loose and fell out that first day. As you can see from the picture this thing is fresh out of the box. Then on day 2 catastrophic failure. The piston arm sheared and broke in half, ripping apart the plastic casing around it and turning this $350 piece of equipment into a piece of trash. You can see the broken arm in the picture sticking out the right side of the fan and the piston head on the ground. And of course I can't even return it because I didn't open it up and test it right away after buying it. Giant waste of money.Just bought a Makita MAC5200 3.0HP for LESS than this - PLUS it puts out MORE CFM and draws less power so it runs when this thing couldn't. Very disappointed in this compressor

Disappointed.
The pressure control broke off within about a month. Thank goodness you can control it with a screwdriver. Also the things it says it can work are very misleading. I still use it for the other things it says it will run. I just have to wait for ir to catch up. Really not worth what I paid for it plus the shipping.

Great little compressor
I've used this compressor for my basement remodel which consisted of 1500 sqft of framing. It runs my nail gun fine and is able to keep up with no problem what so ever. I would have given this compressor 5 stars but it is very noisy. You'll definitely want a pair of ear defenders.

awesome
This compressor works great, fast recovery. It does seem to get hot if it runs too long so it sometimes doesn't restart if it's too hot. I let it cool a minute and restart it and its fine. I realize I am pushing it when this happens so I'm not complaining.
