This suitcase is amazing! Not only is it sleek, durable, and easy to wheel in any direction; but the inside allows for enclosing each side to separate items and keep them better secured. Hands down the best luggage I have ever owned!

This is my second set of this particular set of luggage. I really wanted to have a set similar to the Bric’s with the cream and cognac leather, but just couldn’t stomach the expense after reading reviews…so I came back to my tried-and-true. I’m honestly hoping these last like my first ones (purchased January of 2016). My husband travels over seas for work every other month and we have had no issues with anything about them being destroyed by airline workers. The originals I have are white and black and my only complaint of those were the scuffs were so visible and small tears to interior lining that in no way made them unusable. I’m only buying a new set that is mine—he can have the OG’s😂. This time around I purchased the gold/champagne colored ones. They’re quite nice. My main goal is to be able to spot them at baggage claim. Hopefully I never have to come report anything different! Posting photos of the largest ones side by side—white is the one that has lasted more global travel than the average luggage sees!

Love the size, compartments are extremely user-friendly and perfect for the things I already pack, having their own perfect spot; it did not get tripped up on the wheels, but moved very smoothly. Extremely lightweight, the dark teal/emerald color is beautiful and unique. The zippers quite smooth. One thing I would change is with how smooth the zipper is, adding a clipping or locking feature to make the zipper parts stay together. I haven’t had any accidents but, because it moves so easily have been tying them together before checking the bag. But I absolutely love it!!!

I knew what i was getting bc i have a larger version someone gave me used but i wanted a carry on size and this works pretty well.Only complaint is the handle doesn’t feel strong. It’s fairly loose and twists etc. other than that it ok. For the cost id probably buy again. It does meet the actual carry on size limit too so that was a plus.

This is my second piece of Kennith Cole luggage. The wheels provide stability and make it so easy as I’m a senior and the two wheeled luggage got too hard to pull. I love the corner protectors, they keep the corners from getting dented. The value makes it even better. The inside has a great zippered section with pockets. I also love the over all appearance and choice of colors.

We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value!UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution.

For a product that costs around $150 and is backed by a 10-year warranty, this is unacceptable.Customer Service and Warranty Claim:When I reached out to Kenneth Cole to address this issue under the warranty, I was met with a response that was both shocking and disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for their product, they directed me to the manufacturer, Heritage. This passing of the buck is not only frustrating but also undermines the very essence of customer trust and brand loyalty.Lack of Accountability:It is bewildering that a brand of Kenneth Cole's stature would so blatantly sidestep responsibility and leave their customers in the lurch. The warranty, it seems, is nothing more than a marketing ploy, with no real intent to honor it. This experience has left me questioning the ethics of the company and their practices in dealing with customers.Final Thoughts:To anyone considering a Kenneth Cole luggage, I would urge you to reconsider. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have completely overshadowed the aesthetic appeal of their products. There are numerous other brands out there that not only provide quality products but also stand by them. In a market where customer service is as important as the product itself, Kenneth Cole has miserably failed to deliver on both fronts.

This middle size is perfect weight because it avoids to go over 50lbs. I also have small size for carry on. So I use both one carry on and the middle size when I travel for a long period. Good durability, great wheels, value for money, scratch resistance.

Una maleta buena, medianamente resistente, ligera, podria estar mejor si tuviera candado integrado en la cremallera (cierres} de la maleta como lo tienen otros modelos.
