Vintage Honey White Oak Engineered Hardwood Floor (Sample)

Purchased two flooring board samples to get an idea as to color match and grain pronouncement. The boards were cut very short (approx 6 inches or less) and each board at seemingly at opposite ends of dark/light tint spectrum. Ultimately I was disappointed with samples for assessing intended use. I will not likely follow up with any flooring purchase from this company based on material sent. Too bad as it was a missed opportunity and I will need to source my oak flooring elsewhere.In all honesty floor samples need to be sized larger (12 inches or so) so that they can be mated, offset and held closely to cabinets, walls, and furniture to assess if they complement or contrast these items in your home appropriately.Overall I felt disappointed with my purchase and that I had wasted the money. I would not consider purchase of a flooring sample over the web again...
