Kids love these. Have a decent range ok them, work a few hundred metres apart no problem. Advertised to work over far further distance, but would need open area to test this, doesn't work over a further distance than around 300m in the built up area due to buildings etc.They work well, very good for around the house/garden. Would work on the same road, few houses apart. 4 AAA batteries in each handset seems excessive, but the batteries last for hours. Rechargeable batteries are fine anyway for this purpose.

My daughters love these, they maybe a bit high tech for them! Also make sure to switch off after use as they drain batteries SO QUICKLY.

Kids enjoy them. They occasionally come on at night and can hear strange distorted voices but otherwise fine.

Worked for about a week and stopped. Put new batteries in and one of them is no longer working. DO NOT BUY!

I bought these for a long car journey with a small convoy so drivers could easily (and legally) talk to each other without having to worry about using mobile phones etc. The item arrived very promptly and was in excellent (brand new) condition, as it was advertised. I haven't made the journey yet but am very confident they will be perfect for the job.
