Does this work to stop cats leaving their scent without harming my dog?

It wouldn't hurt your dog, but it doesn't work. I spread it all over my garden and cats pooped on top of it.

Would this repel badgers?

Would not repell cats let alone badgers, I think the Mice were having a party around it as well

Can this product be used indoors?

Not sure I would use it indoors as not sure how safe it would be and where you’d want to use indoors. Have found it very good on the garden though although it is bit pricey.
