I'm lactose in tolerant so this makes for a healthy substitute. I make my pastas also in soya milk and it has worked out so far.I did try to curdle the soya milk and make tofu, that part backfired but otherwise overnight oats, protein smoothies, pasta sauce is manageable

Easy to use but expensive
Tastes like low fat milk, but curdles easily if you forget to put it back in the fridge. I used the curdled one for liquid compost. Makes plants grow faster.
