Soap Dispenser 【2021 Newest Version】Touchless Automatic Soap Dispenser, Infrared Motion Sensor Dish Hands-free Auto Soap Dispenser, Upgraded Waterproof Base for Home, School, Office and Hotel Use

Bought this soap dispenser in 2021 and it worked great until it didn't. The first year it was flawless. After that it was a bit glitchy here and there. And it just doesn't work now. it lights up when I put my hand under the sensor but nothing happens. Thought it would at least last 3 years but it barely lasted 2.

I have ordered 3 of these over the past 17 months. At first, I purchased two units. One of them stopped working after about 6 months so I replaced it with a third unit. Shortly after that, my other original dispenser quit working.As of today, I have one working unit which is only around 5 months old and the sensor is becoming fickle.When they worked properly, I enjoyed them. The sensor doesn't always work right when the sun was shining in the window brightly but that is only an issue at a certain time of day. I like how you have three settings to control the amount of soap dispensed. However, they are not worth the cost since they only last around 6 months. My previous dispensers from Bath and Body Works last 3+ years before they discontinued the refills prompting me to find something new.Unfortunately, this soap dispenser doesn't stand the test of time so I'll be looking for something better.

Bought this product and love it. Different settings for amount of soap that comes out. Also experienced the pump not working but sensor was but their costumer service was so helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!

I purchased this item only 6 months ago and it's already quit working. Batteries checked - all good. Not happy, too, that my "window of return" is closed.

This dispenser stopped working only 2 months after I got it.... the use was minimal so no excuse for failing

This worked intermittently for about three weeks. This same item is on Amazon under diffw=erent labels. Don't buy it. I have had simplehuman dispenser for years but it finally quit. I would recommend the superhuman dispenser.

It ran out of soap one day, I was late with adding more soap by two days. The soap dried up inside the nozzle, clogging it, and it stopped pumping anything - pump runs, nothing comes out. I cleaned the nozzle with toothpick, deeply and thoroughly, and it started working again.

Good quality

I bought this for the kitchen and am really glad that i did, i was worried that if i got to near it would start dispensing but i can wipe around it with no problem, good size doesnt take up very much counter space and works just like advertised. Would buy again and highly recommend it!
