This was exactly what I was looking for for a birthday cake I made. The gold leaf was a bit tricky to get placed where I wanted it, I probably sacrificed a sheet or 2 during the learning curve. I used around 5 or so sheets total for a 7 layer cake; the sheets are pretty small but a little goes a long way.

Exactly what I wanted/expected.Note of caution: If you've never used gold leaf before, I strongly urge you to watch a few tutorials on YouTube. Then figure out your square inch requirements and order TWICE what you need. Seriously.

Make SURE you have NO fans on/air drafts blowing by if you want a REALLY flat sheet providing even coverage. Really glad I looked around & found this seller. Bought the 30pk of 1.7"×1.7" - already planning on getting more. They come pressed individually in folded rectangles of parchment paper, so be careful separating them the first time

I paid almost $60 for the 30 sheets of their 3 inch edible gold leaves. When I received in the mail, it was just inside a plastic sleeve. For the price I paid me considering this is supposed to be “real edible 24k gold leaves” I would expect better packaging that what I was given. Product works as expect tho so I guess that’s a plus.

other gold sheets are sent in between tissue sheets, like a book. I find it easier to deal with 24 karat leaf when it has it's own tissue folded on either side. Sheets are perfectly consistent and complete.

This was easy to use and turned out beautiful. I liked the small sheets because they were easy to place without wasting any. There is no flavor and everyone thought it was really cool to eat gold. This is a 6 inch cake and I used 4 sheets of the gold leaf

When it arrived, I was surprised to find that there was no literature. Absolutely none, saying that it was in fact Edible. that it had an expiry date, or where it came from. I was concerned that it was something made for crafting and not for cakes and was it in fact safe to eat. Safe for my family. It arrived in a little glad bag, with no other information. It would be much more assuring to have something written on it, even the company name somewhere in the packet.

This was wayyyyy too small and not the greatest product in my opinion 🤷‍♀️
