These are supplied without the funnel you would need to fill these up. Using the tap exerts too much water pressure and the water leaks between the balls and joins them up. (Not pleasant to break this up). Also the water from the tap simply goes everywhere on top of the outside of the rubber moulding. So you are going to get ice built up there - you cannot empty that without water from the balls dripping out.The cubes on the other hand are absolutely fine.I would recommend going for another option with the funnel included

Bit fiddly to fill up, need to be patient, but easy to pop cubes out, nice and round.

Got these as I thought the ball shaped icecubes would be cool but ended up falling in love with the massive ice cubes10/10 would recommend. The trays are super easy to separate from the icecubes

I’ve yet to get an actual ball from these. If you fill it as per the instructions (yes I checked) and fill the bottom tray 3/4 full it just overflows and the lid doesn’t stay on so you end up with a half ball in the mould. If you try to top up each ball mould using the funnel the same thing happens. I’m unimpressed. Wouldn’t not buy again.

Unfortunately, they've been a letdown. The main issue is with the design – as soon as I start filling them with water, they refuse to stay sealed. This results in annoying leaks and, ultimately, incomplete ice balls, often just half-formed.I even attempted a DIY fix by taping them together, but to no avail. It's been a time-consuming and ultimately fruitless endeavor. I'm sharing my experience to caution potential buyers: these trays might not meet your expectations for full, spherical ice balls. Save your time and money by considering other options.John

Not to impressed to be honest but hit & miss, can be messy spilling trays & sometimes they don’t make spheres
