Provide more reliable response
It is a worst product I ever receive online. Display is trash, charging was not happening, and the Main problem is I'll get the used product which already used by someone else and storage is not existing in this product and the last thing is coustomer service is below low they do not guide properly and literally it is the worst coustomer service that I'll receive it has been 4 days since they promise to provide support worst services.

Defective product received
The tablet is defective it does not getting started.Amazon denied providing any replacement or return or any kind of support. They said they will send a technician. This is really not acceptable. Why the hell should we buy from Amazon when they dont take any responsibility on the products they sell. Now Amazon tells me that I should visit a lenovo service centre.

I also appreciate the adjustable stand, allowing me to switch between different viewing angles, whether I'm watching videos or typing.However, I would have preferred a slightly softer interior to protect the screen better when closed. Overall, this is a solid cover that enhances the tablet’s usability while keeping it well-protected.
