The product is true to its description and is totally worth the buy.
I bought this product to help me with having my feet in an elevated position throughout the night. It provides very good support with its memory foam and firm mattress like feel without compromising on the comfort. What I really like about this pillow is how it just stays put in its position throughout the night and does not slide when I move my legs in my sleep. I also love the versatility of the use of this pillow. I can adjust the height of elevation based on my need. I have venous insufficiency in my right leg, which causes ankle and lower leg swelling along with severe pain some days. The water retention in my lower leg causes pain. The most effective way to do symptomatic relief is to reduce swelling. And keeping legs elevated through the night helps with that. It's an excellent product and is totally worth it. I use it every single night and have found a lot of benefit in drastically reducing my leg selling thereby giving me pain relief.

Extremely comfortable after neck surgery
Just had 3 discs replaced in my neck 2 weeks ago. Was told to keep my head and neck at a 60 degree angle to prevent strain on the screws and metal plates that were placed in my neck. Tried stacking pillows but that wasn't working. Went days with no sleep. Finally my wife found this pillow. This pillow allows me to adjust it so I get the perfect support and I can now sleep all night. Gonna make sure to let my doctor know the brand name so he can recommend it to other patients. We actually bought 2 of these so my wife and i each have our own. I'll be using this long after I'm recovered from the surgery. I highly recommend this pillow even if you don't have back problems. I'd pay twice the price now that I have it and see how well it works. Quality is great and the removable covers make cleaning very simple. If you want to get a good comfortable nights sleep or just an hour nap you need to buy this pillow.

Pretty good but could be better.
Iโm giving this initially a 4 star score because overall the comfort is where Iโm most satisfied. The pain is a solid 4 and support I would say is also a solid 4. The best thing about this so far is itโs soft. I took a star off though for how it was packaged and delivered the box was completely mangled but the product arrived in the travel bag unscathed. I wish this came with matching Velcro covers. It wasnโt very easy for me to figure out how to store this or configure it and I think a tutorial could benefit that cause this is my first ever history with one of these things and with many disabilities and chronic pain I needed a better solution than propping pillows against the wall and no neck support. Iโm looking forward to trying this out for sleep in the recliner I use but there are minor things enough that I feel it could be improved upon. The shape isnโt really intuitive but three pieces are kinda the bear minimum you need for this to be set up well so it does good there. The price is a bit high for what you get in my opinion but thatโs not this pillows fault. I suggest using the head pillow as neck support and using a regular pillow for your head or at least thatโs what Iโm doing because I have discs that are displaced both cranial and lumbar so I basically need an extra pillow but overall a very solid 4 stars and worth the buy. Over time Iโm sure it will improve :)

If you are looking at products like this, just stop now and buy this one!
LOVE THIS WEDGE PILLOW SYSTEM! I had a major injury to my rib cage/torso about 7 years ago that ended up being extremely complicated to correct. Iโm thankfully finally getting the right care, but itโs a painful process and itโs hard to get any relief. Iโve had various other wedge pillows that provide some relief, but the way this one is set up with the neck support and the ability to arrange in various ways is a game changer! I have to change positions a lot in order to stay comfortable and Iโm able to do that and have my body supported with just one product. They also have nice, quality, coverings on them that are washable, which the ones o used previously were just cheap and didnโt look nice. Not that the way something looks should matter the most when something is giving you support, but I like that I can have these out when company is over and they donโt look cheap and like they belong in a hospital. Perhaps even more of a bonus than how they look, the covers are just soft and feel nice to the touch. Anyone that has had a major injury may relate to the fact that your nerves get flared up and certain fabrics just irritate your skin in a way they didnโt ever before. I was apprehensive of spending money on another product, but so thankful I did and chose this product. I look forward to it when driving home from work and provides relief pretty much as soon as I get myself set up on it. Great job! And thanks for the minimal packaging...always nice to see a company have respect of our environment.

The 3 piece pillow is easy to manage, pretty firm, but comfortable.
This is an update of my earlier review below. I have now purchased a second set because it is too easy to forget to bring the pillow set to my seasonal home, and the system works really well. I used the first one nightly since November 2020 and just got the second one in April 2021. The second one came with some removable velcro fabric that covers the velcro on the pillow if you are not otherwise using it to attach the pieces into the desired configuration. These additional small fabric pieces are good because otherwise someone can scrape their arm or hang up a sheet or pajama part on the exposed velcro that is not needed for your particular configuration. Having the new (second) pillow set has already been great. This morning I actually slept through until my alarm went off. But I do still find I need to ad a regular pillow to the top end just to help with my configuration for sleeping and getting a softer head support for the night. After my first night, I slept much better than with my pile of pillows. I experimented with the lower of the upright angles, and I moved the bar (neck) part of the pillow toward the top of my head and down behind my neck and also for my lower back - just experimenting. I am sleeping more upright because i have "floaters" in my eyes and the eye doctor says gravity can pull the floaters down (over many months) so they start to go away. But the pile of pillows I had been using would shift around and lead to neck pain and headaches through the night. Last night I still haven't worked out exactly where I want things, but I slept much better. There is no shifting around and the width is good so there is no sliding off the side either. I still felt a little neck pain with the bar pillow up behind my head, but not with it either behind my neck or under my lower back extending the bottom of the bigger piece. So far very much happy I got it. I am certain to be using it continuously for months. I am now updating this review after using the pillow from the end of November to the first week of January (the 6th). The pillow has consistently made my sleep longer and more comfortable. I have used it in both my main residence and in a second home. Therefore I used the carrying bag - which fits nice and is definitely appreciated. However, that bag makes me suspicious that in very cold weather, such as transporting it in the bed of my pickup truck in winter, the plastic cover will easily tear; it woudl be nice if it was a more durable feeling material (although on my 400 mile round trip (800 miles), it did do the job and survive fine in northnern New York and southern New England; but it will likely get another test in February). One of my beds has a relatively flat mattress that is high quality and no pillow top. The Lunix pillow was best there. The other bed is a pillow top which gives way at the top edge of the mattress, so this requires a bit more adjusting. I find that if I take the smaller triangle piece and attach it back about 2 inches off what would form a full large triangle with the main piece, that adjustment holds pretty well. But on this pillowtop bed, I use the rounded "neck piece" from the Lunix set under my lower back and this had been great. Yet because the memory foam is a bit stiff, I find I do need a regular pillow on top from my shoulders up to maintain comfort; otherwise I can still get some neck strain leading to headaches. This is still 1000% better than when I was still piling ordinary pillows as things just hold in place great with the Lunix set. For the mattress at the other house, without the pillowtop, I just the rounded piece from the Lunix set to be behind the upper part of my neck and behind my head - I use the velcro attachment but a little bit higher up so the velcro strips are just barely engaged, yet things do hold in place fine. (I do wish the velcro was a bit wider really everywhere, but especially for attaching this rounded piece toward the top of the wedge; and I wish there was velcro to attach the rounded piece off the end of the bottom of the wedge where it can hold better under my lower back for the other bed). Also, I do find that if any parts of the velcro that are not fully engaged with the matching velcro piece will then grab fabric like pajamas or sheets or it can be a bit scratchy - but this is very minor. Overall, I am far better off. I now sleep closer to a full night every night, and last Sunday I think I had the best night of sleep in at least four years. I have even been in bed more than 8 hours on several occasions.

A pop up pillow, but cost?
We live in an age of hyperbole, where advertising conjures up alluring images, illusions of wonderful benefits cast about for any product... . This is not really a โsurgical recuperative device... .โ Itโs a flipping compressed and rolled foam pad, in about a 12โ diameter circle stuffed bag which pops up to its full size. It comes with a large plasticized carry bag which I find superfluous - again, an image of added value (not really usable at home - and unlikely portable). Overall, itโs somewhat better than comparable alternatives, which Iโve tried, primarily because itโs a little smaller than bean bag sized options. For me the best feature is itโs width. Even narrower would be better so as to approach the width of the sofa seat (and not hang over). It is flexible in its lean on angle - by adjusting the large pillow relative to the 2 small pillows. Watch the verbage re price โfor cover only.โ What deception, when the real price for pillows WITH COVERS is $99! โIMO, this package is ridiculously priced; a competitive fair market value would be ~$20-$30, i.e. the price of similar use items.

it does its job!!
i bought this orthopedic set as opposed to the other pillow armchair cushions filled with shredded memory foam hoping it would be best to correct my spine in the long run by providing firm, angular support. the memory foams are each solid pieces, NOT shredded. This means the pillow is extremely firm and even hard. iโm 5โ5 160 lbs and i need the most pain relief/pressure point concentration on the very lowest point of my spine but it doesnโt really target that area for me, i need to place the pillow the highest as well so it can accommodate my neck. itโs pretty solid and i thought i might never get used to it but after about 3 days of use i finally started to get used to it and it became slightly comfortable. today i sat down against it after a long day of spinal strain and it works great. the most comfy position for me is the lying down way. itโs hard not to fall asleep like that! so this pillow was definitely worth it, the pricy pillow will help my back in the long run. worth the money. i love that you can place it differently for multiple positions. it has a removable, washable cover (use in cold water, delicate for first wash). thank you!

Very comfortable. Great leverage.
I don't particularly suffer from back pain, however; I do have some posture issues but the main reasons why I got this pillow set was due my mild case of sleep apnea and major issues with GERDS. The quality of my sleep has dramatically improved since I purchased the set over two months ago (November 30th, 2020). I used to have a cheaper wedge pillow that helped me with my issues for a while, but it wasn't smart foam and the support wasn't great. As the wedge arched, the support declined with use, however; this pillow set does provide the leverage and support I need. Besides that, I can also customize the height and the support feels more reliable, so it doesn't arch and it keeps my back comfortably "straightened" or in a much better posture. I'm able to sleep on my side if I want to at almost the same level of support and leverage. In addition to that, I use the second section (the one between the header and the base pieces) as a support pillow in my chaise and it feels great. The smart foam isn't neither too soft or too hard, at least for me, it's right on the money. It would be nice if a wider version of this pillow set was made available. Perhaps, also another one with arms, lower back and seating support to use around the house or home office. Just my two cents.

Made my pain dissapear
I am so grateful for my Lunix Wedge Pillow Set. I have been putting up with chronic back pain especially first thing in the morning for way too long. I recently changed my mattress for one made from memory foam and have had a lot of relief. I like to read in bed before I go to sleep, but was having a hard time getting enough support from my pillow just leaning back against the headboard. When I came across the Lunix Wedge Pillow and saw that it was made of the same foam as my mattress, that and the rave reviews I read convinced me to buy one. What can I say, it's wonderful. I can now get out of bed and just walk without having excruciating pain. Thank you SO much for creating this pillow set. There is only one improvement I would make and that is to have a carry handle put on each pillow. The fabric is lovely and soft but can easily slip out of by fingers, a handle would make it much easier. Definitely a five star rating.

A must have if you are recovering from hernia surgery
A family member needed a pillow that would provide good support while he was recovering from umbilical hernia surgery. We used this along with a grab bar to aid in his recovery. Sleeping on a slight incline helped him to get out of bed and made sleeping more comfortable. When opening the pillows from the packaging, it took a good day or for all pieces to fully expand, particularly the big triangular shaped piece. Although the covers are removable for washing, we found it challenging to get them back on as the fit is very snug. The carry bag could be better if it were larger too for ease of putting the pillows away for storage when it is no longer needed. The velcro straps do help keep all the pieces together. Overall a good buy for the price as it did what it was designed to do. We recommend using this in conjunction with a grab bar on the side of the bed.

Effective for position after surgery
Took time to fully expand but effective to help with positioning after surgery. No weird smell, product as expected and comes with protective carrying bag.

Excellent!
Recovering from hip surgery. These blocks of different shapes are so versatile, not too soft, not too hard, shapes are perfect for making me comfortable while recovering. I will also use them for lounging when back to normal. Reviews mention of gas smell - there was no smell from time I opened. Not a whiff!
