Handled those Red Snappers like a champ. This reel is less than the Penn Warfare 30. But it has more bearings 6+1. It has 40 lbs of drag which is more the Penn. It's a good reel and looks great also. I got the 2 year protection plan for $5. Anything goes I'll send it in for another 1.

Reel is garbage. It arrived broke, the and wasn't attached and gears stripped. You would be better off lighting your money on fire, you'd get more excitement than you will with this reel. I do not recommend.
