Attractive and sturdy
First and foremost I want to say that the customer service from this company “VocalBeat” is pretty awesome the email they sent me made me feel like a valued customer of this product.. Sound quality: To be fair it doesn’t change the sound quality all that much it just drowns out those annoying sounds that the mic picks up but all together doesn’t harm the quality Value: I can see that there definitely are cheaper options, however this thing is very well made and fit snug onto my mic making it quick and easy, it’s made of a very strong foam that I don’t think you would get from those cheaper options Noise cancellation: This one for me is a bit lack I know it won’t drown it all out, I stream and have a noisy little fan in my pc that kinda makes it hard to hear but it takes some of that away just not all of it so don’t expect it to completely drown out background noise Pros: It’s made with a heavier foam making it quite durable while having a tight fit to make it stay and it makes your mic look way better because it just gives this certain attractiveness to it, Cons: not very many to be frank but a couple things I could nitpick is that fact that there were dents in it I couldn’t very well get out, that and it’s not so good for canceling louder noises like that pesky pc fan.. Final thoughts: Well worth the money to be completely honest it’s just made well and it’s well priced, that and the customer service is pretty great

Installation is a breeze, and it fits snugly on your mic, even when it's upside down during intense gaming sessions or work meetings. This windscreen is a noise-blocking champion, it helps filtering out background noise. Plus, it protects your mic from saliva and dust damage and is easily washable for quick cleanup. With this windscreen, say goodbye to harsh sounds like "p" and "t," and hello to higher audio quality! Upgrade your Blue Yeti setup with this must-have accessory IMO today! Highly recommended!

Pros and cons...
My son loves to play online games with voice. I'm also a youtuber who needs to record my voice in my vid. The problem with cheap mics is that there are no windscreen or pop filter available for them. So, I finally bought a Blue Yeti mic, but did not want to or feel the need to add a pop filter for what I do(pop filter takes up too much extra desk space), so I bought this windscreen, which does a great job at reducing the pop tremendously and especially for the price, it's a great add on, in-order to get a much better recording. I'm very finicky and like to compare products and I think this is one of the best windscreen available. Yes, a pop filter is better, but cost more and takes up too much extra room. Pros: - Cost effective. - Less desk hogging space, compared to a pop filter. - Good quality material. - Easy to install (it is made of foam, just becareful while installing, so not to rip it, if you do, it's your own fault, not the product) - Does help keep the pop down quite a bit. - Perfect fit for the Blue Yeti mic. - I've tried several different windscreen, this is one of the best. Cons: - Non that I can think of so far. Conclusion: - Great product at a great price. Extra Note: - See attached pics of the VocalBeat windscreen attached to the Blue Yeti perfectly.

Amazing pop filter- but did run into some issues
Great product, does what it’s advertised to do. Did run into some problems, however. When firstly bought (I had to have the item in on an exact date- two day shipping) but it was lost in shipping. The second thing about it is that although the windscreen came in perfectly intact and was able to fit on my blue yeti, there is a fairly ugly scar/mark that doesn’t look pleasant. I can safely say that the item is amazing, but Amazon’s shipping service isn’t. I’d rate it a 9/10 on looks and performance. Would definitely recommend buying a second, metal mesh pop-filter to perfect the sound. This one is used and is made to block out excess background noise, and it does well. A blue yeti owner will know the struggle of having their AC on when recording something using the said microphone. It is extremely sensitive. An ordinary pop filter will do so much better blocking out the actual wind coming from your mouth, yet that will only apply to one-sided commentary. For an interview you’d either need 2 ordinary filters or 1 of these bad boys. Just to sum the whole thing up, this pop filter best blocks out background noise and reduces the wind coming from your mouth a bit worse than a mesh pop filter. 10/10 would recommend for a blue yeti owner.

Does what it’s supposed to do.
I’ve been recording myself on the harmonica and was very annoyed that my Blue Yeti would pick up my inhalation’s and exhalations as I’d pause to breath between notes. I looked at some more expensive screens but thought I’d give this a shot first. Well, I am very pleased. After installing the windscreen I’ve waited a week to write my review. I wanted several recording sessions first. I can say that this foam screen has successfully eliminated the breathing from my recordings. This is what I wanted and it is what I got. The reviews say it’s difficult to mount and that it can tear easily in the process. I did not find this to be the case. On the contrary, though snug I found that it fits fine and went on easily. Note that I did not yank it from the edges but rather worked it on slowly. I have no reservations about this product and can highly recommend it.

it may rip like mine did
Don't force it on, it may rip like mine did. I tried twisting then I tried lightly tapping. I ended up having to lightly hold from 2 sides and pull down. Unfortunately my thumb went right through it. (Slowely twisting is probably the best way to put it on) It still works great cancelling out my laptop fan noise. I currently have it attached to this ARM "Etubby [Heavy Duty] Upgraded Professional Adjustable Desktop Microphone Suspension Boom" (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FJABIEM/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_7) and this SHOCK MOUNT "Blue Radius II Microphone Shock Mount for Yeti" (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00TTQLA50/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_9?th=1) as well as a "Dragonpad USA Pop filter" (https://www.amazon.com/Dragonpad-USA-filter-Studio-Microphone/dp/B008AOH1O6/ref=sr_1_3?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1476888904&sr=1-3&keywords=pop%2Bscreen%2Bfilter&th=1) and it all works like a dream. The sound quality is amazing and I have had many people comment about how they use to be able to hear my laptop or room fan while gaming, but now that is a thing of the past. I can even stop using push-to-talk and set a sound threshold because the background noise is so minimal (Huge Win). And better yet you can't hear breathing of keyboard clicks. (If you properly adjust the threshold) I use this mostly for recording vocals in Ableton and for that it does a great job of removing all that isn't vocal noise. I highly recommend it as it is inexpensive and serves its purpose well. Love the product. - Would buy again when this one wears out. (if it ever does)

Want Quality? Not on a Budget? This is what you need for your Blue Yeti!
I waited for quite some time before I decided to make a review of this product as I personally know that reviews made using first impressions are not always accurately a product's true quality. First thing's first, the Foam Windscreen for Blue Yeti does exactly what the name implies, that is, it perfectly fits over the Blue Yeti Microphone without a problem. Originally I had bought another (cheaper) foam cover for my Yeti Microphone, however it quickly ripped when I tried to stretch it over the Microphone. This Foam Cover, however, is a perfect and exact fit for the microphone. There was barely any stretching required, and because of that, I believe that there is a rather low chance for a cover such as this to rip when being applied. So far I have had this cover for about 5 months and so far I have had no problems with it. Quality - 9/10, Easily fits over a Blue Yeti Microphone as it is intended without problems. Price - 5/10, A bit expensive since it is somewhat on the higher end of quality. There are obviously cheaper alternatives on the Amazon Market, but those products comes with lower quality and higher risk. Note** My opinions could change, and if they do, I will effectively update this review to reflect them. TL;DR RECOMMENDED

Better than flat Popscreen? In my case - Yes!
THIS windscreen was amazing! I am new to podcasting, and have setup my recording area with a boom, mic, and my Surface Studio (so I can track my notes and watch my recording). I have acoustic pads positioned to cut down reverb (mostly from desk and monitor), and I have set the mic pickup to cardoid. While my (now replaced) popscreen did a nice job on my voice, it only impacted the sound coming directly from my mouth - but picked up all sorts of reverb from screen, desk, etc. This Vocalbeat cover did a better job on my voice, seemed to preserve more of my tone, and definitely cut down/out all of the reflected noise hitting the mic, while also doing a solid job on the pops. I could see it on my waveforms and spectrum playbacks. My wife immediately heard the difference. I understand this cover needs to be periodically cleaned (which I haven't done yet - too new) but given the material this seems like an easy task. I'm quite thrilled with this and highly recommend it!!

Great cover!
Used it for my blue yeti mic and it’s perfect. Everything I was looking for, it did come with a little dent but it slowly becomes puffy again after you put it on the mic. I would say it should be just a little cheaper though..😂

Good quality filter, fits perfectly, overpriced?
Good filter, really gets rid of the popping sounds and sharp S and T sounds without ruining quality, however I feel as though this is just more expensive than the other options on here but doesn’t actually have any reason to be more expensive.
