I picked this up looking for something lightweight that wouldn’t get soggy or slippery after a few holes. FootJoy is a brand I’ve always trusted for golf gear, and the TropiCool line caught my eye for its breathable design and focus on moisture control. From the moment I tried it on, I could feel the difference. Right out of the package, the glove felt incredibly light and flexible. The fabric has a soft, almost mesh-like texture that contours well to your hand without any stiffness or restriction. The fit is snug but not tight, and the Medium/Large size was just right for my hand shape—no bunching in the palm or fingers. Where this glove really shines is in the breathability. Even during mid-afternoon rounds in 90-degree heat, my hand stayed cool and dry. The moisture-wicking material works exactly as promised. No more peeling a sweat-soaked glove off after the front nine. It also maintains a good grip even in humid conditions—there’s a confident feel on every swing, without the slippery, damp sensation I’ve had with other gloves. After several rounds, it’s held up nicely. The stitching remains intact, and it hasn’t lost shape or elasticity, which is impressive for a glove this lightweight. It also washes and dries well without stiffening. The fabric palm of the glove is really durable, but it will be black from the rubber on your golf grips. But, otherwise, I like the glove. Not as sweaty as my regular Cabretta leather fj glove, fit well, just looks dirty as hell lol.

These gloves work very well in hot, humid conditions. They absorb the moisture from the hands and still provide excellent grip. Highly recommend them.

Performs better than most, including other FJ gloves. Heat and humidity for me means sweaty hands. I normally use FJ Weathersof as my go to and have for years. Tried this Tropicool glove (first time) for a quick golf trip from Dallas to Corpus Christi over long Labor Day weekend. Day 1 went thru 2 Weathersofs (soaking wet). Pulled out the new Tropicool on Day 2. Performance: Great, and only glove used days 2-3. It is very light and airy, and seems to stay fairly dry in some miserable conditions. It was very hot and very lite winds. Looks like I've been doing handstands on blacktop pavement. They got really dirty just from normal usage. Have not tried hand washing yet, but maybe I will. I like the glove for those kind of days..

I love these gloves. They are honestly good year round, but definitely great for hot and humid Southern summers. The palm material is similar to FJ's rain gloves. The feel/grip is good and the palm is durable. They do get dirty more easily, but I've even run them through the washing machine and they come out fine. When you are sweating like crazy, the grip stays good. At worst, you might swap for another during the round, but 9/10 times, I wear it the whole round, which is much better than rotating leather gloves constantly when it is hot out. I can't believe my local "galaxy" doesn't carry these, especially since this is the humid South, but Amazon is just a click away.

Outstanding perfromance out here in Phoenix AZ! Rotated two of these through five straight days of hot play in the desert and they performed beautifully. I usually rotate gloves at the turn. Highest marks - for playing conditions in the summer, these are the bomb!

This is a must if you play in hot and humid conditions. The moisture wicking is impressive. It's also a capable rain glove and has replaced my Footjoy Raingrip glove. This one works just as well and is more comfortable. It may not be as durable as other gloves but when I wear one out I put it aside and it becomes my rain-only glove and works great for that purpose. These are the only glove I play with now and the best I have found in all my years of golfing.

The FootJoy Tropicool Golf Glove is a lightweight and breathable option for warm weather. The moisture-wicking material helps keep hands dry, and the grip is decent, providing reasonable control during swings. However, the durability is a bit lacking—it wears out quicker than expected, especially with frequent use. The fit is comfortable, but after a few rounds, it starts to lose its shape. Overall, it’s a good glove for hot conditions, but for the price, I expected better longevity. Decent, but not my top choice.
