Where is the basket made?

The basket is made in China, but in our factory in China!

I just received this package. There were no blades for the lame in the package. How can I contact the company to ask for some to be sent to me?

Probably a mistake. Mine came all in one box. Check the packing, it was nice beside a cardboard piece.
