Yes, it is pretty, matte, with wooden bits, very aesthetically pleasing but here good bits end so do not understand 5 star reviews. As it is too small and you have to push every slice in, sideways as otherwise top sticks out, will not fit thick slices, then can burn the bits pushed to sides while leaving the middle moist and soft. I loved the look and compactness however did not expect that effectiveness of the easy toasting task would be compromised. Shame, but returned. What's the point of fighting toast every morning.

It’s just the design actually but no place for thick bread ans you have always a smell of burning ! And actually the toaster itself burn !!! Unbelievable and very dangerous !

Very nice looking toaster, 2 slice, not very wide but depends what your need is. It heats croissants great and worth the price as it is very stylish

The slot is not wide enough for a normal slice of bread, if you put it in vertical it doesn't toast the top.

Really good little toaster and the bonus is the heating rack

I bought this toaster because of its size. I was looking for small but stylish toaster to our kitchen. This perfectly fit and the design is really nice. Also was delivered earlier than expected.
