Installation was simple
Excellent cartridge for hard water areas. Installation was simple and it noticeably reduces scaling and improves the taste of water. Clothes feel softer after washing and skin dryness has reduced. A cost-effective solution that really works. my wife told before using that she experienced hairfall but after this hairloss somewhat reduced soo much as we use well water in rooftop tank so in my region water is hard it helps in softening

Cartridges do not last 6 months
I have ordered the refill 4 times and the last 2 times it only lasted about 60-70 days. Not sure why. The first two lasted about 4-5 months so it seems that the refill cartridges are not good quality.

Waste of money.
I am extremely disappointed with this product. It completely stopped working within just a week of use, which is unacceptable. Initially, the water flow seemed fine, but very quickly the pressure started dropping. Now, it barely lets out a few drops of water, making it practically unusable. I expected at least a reasonable level of durability and performance. The product clearly does not meet even minimum quality standards. I would not recommend this to anyone. It feels like a waste of money and time. The manufacturer should seriously look into quality control, as such poor performance within days is not acceptable at all.
